Speaking of snark, I read the funniest letter on the Onion last night. Some lady wrote them and said to leave out the snark if they want her to read them. LOL, Onion leave out the snark?? I think she was under the impression she was on CNN or something... ;D I hope guys come here, really. Too many women in one place at the same time can be scary!!! |

Swamp, I'll bet you could write a book on everything you've seen in court. and out of court, which is usually more entertaining. Actually, private practice is kinda boring. I could write a book about my time as a prosecutor, though. People are generally stupid, crazy, and drunk. Or at least they all seemed to be to me. |

My favorite ham thing is to slice it really thin and cut in little strips, then fry it in butter until it is crispy. Pile it (with the butter) on top of a bowl of grits and pour a little real maple syrup over it. I LOVE that! |

Need a little fat to make it tast good..found they are selling the sliced HAM in the packages now, call it off the bone..with a little fat at the end...instead of the just normal thin sliced..really good. I love deli sliced corn beef, usually the Jewish cut, Hebrew National, and down here all are concerned with the health of, as if the Corn Beef is healthy for you, salt , LOL, but as a treat, occasionally, why not, on fresh Rye bread. They seem to push the 1st cut, little fat and taste like salted card board, BUT second cut, less expensive too, with a bit of fat...completly different. |

Hebrew National is the ONLY hot dog I can eat. Yummy!! I love Hebrew National dogs! Nathan's are almost as good, and they're both kosher so you know certain cuts/parts aren't being used. |
