Hi. It's been a while. I've been in the hospital and released a few days ago. Everyone treated me like an Ebola patient.
I had an exceptionally virulent gastroenteritis that they just couldn't pin down, and they did every test in the book, from c.diff to VRE. I was on IVs for a week. In retrospect, I think it may have been a poison mushroom. I buy wild pickled mushrooms en vrac from a little deli, and a bad one may have slipped in. I was so sick I wanted to die. It's so good to be home. Sushi was so happy to see me he was doing somersaults. |

OMG, welts! I'm so glad you're recovering! I'll bet I'm almost as glad as Sushi is! Sorry you had to go through that. Mushrooms are like shrimp - one bad one and you're done for!

I wish someone would start a thread asking for predictions on who the presidential candidates will be, not who they want or who the polls say now. Just a record of poster's predictions now. I dont want to start the thread because I have started a few lately.

I can't figure out how to flush the toilet in my house. It is electric and has a bunch of buttons. I pushed all of them. It has a big button on the side that I think is for big flushes and little flushes. I have pushed that one a bunch of times. I tried unplugging it and plugging it back in. I thought maybe it was becasue the water wasn't turned on, but the water was turned on today. I cannot find a brand name on the toilet, so do not know what to google. Sometimes life is hard for the dumbest reasons.  |

Sarah Lane was the guest on TNT today. I forgot until 630 and it was over half over. So that sucks. They will play the show tomorrow, but without the pre-show stuff. I started to put a reminder on my phone yesterday so I would remember, but I didnt.

on this page I have the last post on the thread 4 threads in a row. DJ has the last post twice in a row 4 separate places. No one else has the last post consecutively. DJ has the last post 9 times. I have second place at 4 times. Dondub has the last post 3 times. Greg and Value buy have the last post in a thread twice.
