Communication in my office has completely broken down.

Yes. We use Zoom and Teams, and we speak in a common language that we all understand.

At my place of work, folks are less apt to isolate themselves from being part of a bigger whole.

I'm not a busy body. The health of our organization is important to me. We used to know what was going on all the time, even at a high level if it didn't directly pertain to us.

Now, I have no idea how folks spend their days, including folks on my little team.

We are fairly task oriented, too. And you can't innovate and do bigger and better things if everyone is isolated and just doing their own thing.

When Elon took over Twitter and fired people, he stopped paying rent on those buildings.  In Boulder, Twitter had a lot of office space and good ole Elon is now being sued for back rent.
