Those numbers came from the NYPD as part of his processing, so there is no reason to believe they are not accurate. He might be close to 300 if he actually were 6'3" though. He is not morbidly obese, but he does qualify under the guidelines for bariatric surgery, so he's got that going for him. Did they actually weigh him or is it like your driver's license, you tell them the weight you want to be? They do it as part of booking.

Before computers, information on every criminal suspect would be written down in a big book kept by court officials. Now, it’s all computerized, but the process is largely the same. Court officers take down the accused’s full name, age, birthdate, height and weight. They check for any outstanding warrants. They were expected to have taken Trump’s fingerprints but were not believed to have taken a mug shot. link
They just ask everyone they book for any crime to self report their height, weight, and also if they, by chance, have any outstanding warrants.

I'm just a piddly little attorney in small rural area, and I've done over 20 years of criminal defense work. You couldn't pay me enough to take a client like trump. Not worth the headache. good point here/\ not all people are motivated by money. some are motivated by things like ETHICS. i would not take a job coming out of college which would, as a necessary consequence, destroy human life. and that meant i ended up working in agriculture/farming/food. and sure, it paid less. but i was never lacking for work, and my needs were met at every level. more over, i could sleep at night. how can that crazy orange bastard sleep at night, living for himself, and ripping everyone off? i don't get it? That leaves only trumpian zealots for his lawyers as those motivated by money would steer clear because he does not pay his bills and those with ethics steer clear for the obvious reason that the loser and ethics are 100% incompatible. Not good, not good at all.

Some evangelicals are marking this week as the Passion of Donald TrumpTrump's prosecution is not persecution. And his getting indicted doesn't constitute a sacrifice. Holy Week has been hijacked by the spectacle of white evangelicals crying over their savior Donald Trump. The former president was charged by a Manhattan grand jury this week with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records. While the indictments are related to hush money Trump allegedly paid to cover up affairs and improperly recorded as business expenses, some supporters see this as Trump’s passion play. That is, they see his prosecution as a persecution, as a punishment Democrats are inflicting on him because he was their chosen one, the messiah who gave them power. Trump’s arrest may be a first in American history, but for evangelicals who support him, it is the fulfillment of their prophecy of persecution for Trump, for whom many of them have shoved aside Jesus to praise. But this new passion play, which is centered around alleged adultery and payoffs, isn’t anything like the story of Jesus. This week’s story revolves around alleged behavior antithetical to Christian belief, behavior that has historically been anathema to evangelicals: adulterous sex — with a porn star, no less — and lying. Yet, white evangelicals are still supporting Trump. Rest of article here: Some evangelicals are marking this week as the Passion of Donald Trump

My local evangelical talked about how his mom asked if everyone would be out and about over this in NJ? No, what for? and then proceeded to say why hadn't they done anything about Joe Biden? ... I ignored that nonsense and just repeated that this was about the cover up and documents plus its easy to make a profit if you always stiff your vendors. I was not up to asking why he and mom supported someone who has cheated on all his wives and sometimes doesn't pay people for services ever. I do not understand why they adopt his talking points.

No, it's not if his 6 (7?) bankruptcies are anything to go by. You have to give the man his due: he is so bad at business that he is in a (loser) class all by himself

Yes, Trump uses bankruptcy to avoid paying full price for anything. I remember watching a video of him years ago, when he was first running in 2015 and a reporter was asking him about his serial bankruptcies, and Trump claimed it was fine because it it only hurt the bank and the bank was run by ‘very horrible people.’ Banks were run by very horrible people, his vendors he shorted did shoddy, overpriced work and deserved not to get paid, and only dummies pay their taxes. Trump family motto.

Jim Jordan's main defense of Trump felonies burned to the ground by former prosecutorRep. Jim Jordan's (R-OH) relentless complaints that the 34 felony counts levied against Donald Trump by a Manhattan grand jury are based on nothing more than "bookkeeping errors" were brutally slapped aside by a former U.S. attorney in a column for MSNBC. According to MSNBC legal analyst Barbara McQuade, the House Judiciary Committee chairman, who never passed the bar after graduating from law school, has a basic lack of knowledge of what constitutes white-collar crime and how often it is prosecuted. In her column, she explained that white-collar crime is a serious offense and historically has been treated as such. "In reality, offenses committed by the business elite can be just as serious as those committed by street criminals," she wrote before adding. "In fact, I would argue that in some cases, white-collar crime is more egregious than crime committed by destitute people desperate for cash. These are crimes often motivated by greed, instead of need." Rest of article here: Jim Jordan's main defense of Trump felonies burned to the ground by former prosecutor

Bill Barr tears into Donald Trump and says he will be indicted over Mar-a-Lago documentsFormer Attorney General Bill Barr said the investigation into classified documents at Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate could pose a serious threat to Donald Trump. In October, The Justice Department began investigating whether the former President violated three federal statutes when he brought back White House materials with him to Mar-A-Lago instead of turning them over to the National Archives as required. Barr - who was once a loyal defender of Trump - said that the former President 'played games' with federal investigators, and maintained that prosecutors had 'very good evidence' against him. 'He had no claim to those documents, especially the classified documents. It belonged to the government,' Barr said on ABC's 'This Week' on Sunday. 'I think he was jerking the government around.' 'The government is investigating the extent to which games were played and there was obstruction in keeping the documents from them. I think that's a serious potential case, I think they probably have some very good evidence there,' Barr continued. I’m guessing Jordan felt like these are the kind of clerical ‘fudges’ that all savvy businessmen make, just like talking about grabbing women by their private parts is just locker room talk that all men make. I’m sure other business men do cook the books, but when they get caught, they go to jail. Way back in 2016 when Trump was campaigning I wondered if he realized the kind of intense scrutiny his private life and business practices would face as a candidate. Knowing what I’d heard of his business practices and serial cheating, it seemed likely there was a lot of meat on that bone, should anyone care to look. Well, they looked, and as pretty much anyone could have predicted, they found. He did this to himself.

Trump is a freaking circus, all by himself. He doesn't need monkeys, or anything else. It seriously astounds me, how much crap he has gotten away with, over the years. Can you imagine being his teacher? I bet that was God-awful, even if they just ignored him, because he was so "speshul". Yuck.

Trump is flying to Nashville this week to the Republican National Committee donor retreat, at the same time Nashville is have a lot of young adult protests over gun safety and the Tennessee Three.
Don’t think the kiddos will be at all interested in hearing Trumps sad tale of how everyone is being so mean to him right now.
If he has sense he’ll stick to the GOP fat cat meetings.

The judge sure knows how trump operates. Trump’s attorney allegedly trying to bypass judge’s anonymous juror ruling — againJoe Tacopina, the attorney representing Donald Trump in E. Jean Carroll‘s defamation lawsuit against the ex-president, is being accused of another attempt to try to obtain the identities of the jurors who will be selected to decide the case. The judge declared the jurors’ identities would not be revealed to anyone given Trump’s propensity to attack his opponents, and the willingness of some of his supporters to follow his lead. On Friday Tacopina strongly pushed back against that decision, going so far as to point to the comments sections of online news articles to “prove” bias against the ex-president. On Monday, Tacopina sent a letter to U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan, asking for clarification on how the judge will oversee jury selection, and insisting he be “involved at all stages of the jury selection process.” Judge Kaplan “said the need for juror anonymity reflected the ‘unprecedented circumstances in which this trial will take place, including the extensive pretrial publicity and a very strong risk that jurors will fear harassment, unwanted invasions of their privacy, and retaliation,'” Reuters reported last month. Rest of article here: Trump’s attorney allegedly trying to bypass judge’s anonymous juror ruling — again

Wouldn’t it be enough to have a history of each person, have them complete questionnaires and pass through voir dire with actually knowing their names and addresses? Because everyone on the planet knows what Trump wants to do with that info.
