Only if you look at it in isolation. But since he belittles, insults, makes up obnoxious nicknames, and name calls on a regular basis, he does not deserve the benefit of doubt. The preponderance of the evidence shows he did it in a purposeful and insulting manner I agree with you on all that (imagine that I can agree with you) but the bolded is just opinion why is that just an opinion? I honestly don't follow your logic.

There is a line in the musical Wicked where the professor (who is a goat) says something like - there are no truths, the truth is only what we agree on. I think about that often. Given that we find more information that changes the truths of science all the time, and we have been proven wrong again and again - is there really truth?
However, just because my faith in the concept of truth is shaky, there are definitely lies and untruths out there. So, it gets complicated.

is there a truth that nobody agrees on?
probably. if your timing is right, you can make a surprising discovery. nobody will agree on it at first. until you solicit their opinion on it. and even then, they might not agree. but EVENTUALLY, if it is, in fact, a truth, it will win out over the falsehood that prevailed beforehand.
a good example is the "tempers" which ruled medicine for well over 1000 years. it was pretty much believed unanimously. at some point, disease was identified with things like germs, viruses, and bacteria. but that happened only in the last 150 years or so. at first there was probably zero consensus.
but this is why i like science. you bring a new hypothesis, and you test it. and yes, that means certain people will disagree. that is fine. but eventually most people won't, if the theory is solid.
