I'm sorry. Right there with you. I just probably will. I have no f's to give. Since I am a big baseball fan my HR manager would tell me there is nor "crying" in accounting. Oh. I am so sorry. And also that is funny.

I am just very frustrated. Sleeping is not as good as I would like. Job put in a new system and the end user's needs not taken into account when setting up the system. Supposed to save us time takes 3 times longer to process at this time. I have way too many things to accomplish today at work today. So frustrated by Friday that adult beverages are consumed interferes with sleep. It has just been a vicious cycle. Hoping having tomorrow off will help me reset. Well, need to get moving for the day. Oh crap. That's hard when that happens.

What works for allergies? I can't imagine surviving another day like this. When it's super bad, my allergy doctor tells me to take something in the morning and something at night. I take Xyzal at bedtime year round. In spring time, I add Zyrtec or Allegra in the morning. Usually Allegra. That one worked really well for me but it doesn't hold me a whole 24 hours anymore. Also nasal spray. I take Veramyst. If I've been outside, I make sure I shower before bed. I usually do but it's a necessity when the pollen counts are high.

Drama - def make MOA happen. Have her look at theme park photos though, I remember it being kiddish. Ask your dad and others to skip bday presents and give her cash for spending there. When DH and I went years ago, we stayed at a casino nearby for pretty cheap.
Pink - thanks for typing out your therapy role play. It was helpful for me, and great idea you had to switch parts.
Today is my Friday suckas! Now, to buckle down and clear a ton of work shit from my to do list.

Has The Walk of the Penguin Mich checked in lately. Aren't they in Japan right now? I was wondering if their trip was affected by the earthquake and hope that all is well.

Left Hiroshima this afternoon. We went to the Peace Park, then TD and I stood in line and got tickets to the Hiroshima Museum. The 45 min we had to go through i5 was not near sufficient to do it justice.
Both Hiroshima and Nagasaki were sobering places to visit. There is really no animosity there, just the want to see something like this never happen again.
We were the last bus to roll in at 11:30. All aboard time was 11, they knew we were going to be late as we were the last tour out. When Viking has a tour coming in late, they set up the loud speakers and set up music, and get some of the staff out there singing and dancing to greet us. YMCA was playing and everyone was dancing and singing. They also provided trays of mimosas. Our state room attendant was out there, I asked him if he minded and he said he was having too good a time out there. He’s a cutie….with braces! Oh to be 40 years younger…..
Kobe tomorrow.

Got an earthquake alarm on phones, but slept through it. Some people mentioned it at breakfast. It really was a non issue. When we hit Japan, there has been a tour every day. Today has been the first afternoon free. I think the day after Kobe, we don’t get into port until afternoon or evening, so a partial sea day. My hips need it!

What works for allergies? I can't imagine surviving another day like this. Go to an allergist. I developed severe allergies 2.5 years ago - mostly to my cat but also to some various pollen things. I could barely function but allergy shots were life changing. In addition to the shots, he also prescribed a nasal spray that stopped my nose running almost immediately. That stuff was amazing! Pollen season has been really bad here this year. I know so many people who are sick but I've only had to take an anti-histamine a handful of times, and not had to resort to the nasal spray.

I've made up with Chase. The past 4 paychecks have all hit the account on time and in the past week $1936 in cash rewards have hit my accounts. That will cover the $550 balance on Carrot's band trip, fixing the window, the new radiator, and probably all the new lights and locks I have yet to pick out.

What works for allergies? I can't imagine surviving another day like this. Apparently my DH has a 4 yo in his preschool class that has allergies so bad that his eyes swell shut if he spends time outside with high pollen count even with medication and eyedrops. DH decided Monday to have kiddo wear his swim goggles on the playground. Said it looked really goofy but worked like a charm. At second playground time, DH had to help 6 other kids find their swim goggles from their cubbies. Yesterday allergy kid showed up with something like construction safety goggles and his mother was so thankful for DH's outside the box approach ROFL.

What works for allergies? I can't imagine surviving another day like this. Well, my husbands says there are two choices for spring time: breathing or thinking. He takes two types of allergy pills in the spring (just one in the fall and winter), uses Flonase throughout the day, cough drops when his throat is itchy, and sticks q-tips in his ears at least once a day. We run an air purifier in our bedroom also. When we lived in the coast for 12 years, his symptoms were significantly reduced. There’s town we go to often, and now DD#2 lives there. There has been a few years when arriving there that DH’s eyes have swollen shut. We’re going to see DD in Saturday, so hopefully it’s not too bad this year.

I was stressed about a specific meeting yesterday, and scrambling to stay on top of things with DH out of town (DS insisted on making him cookies as a welcome home present, afraid I left him the dirty bowl to wash as a welcome home present   . With those out of the way I can get back on top of managing the life minutia (school! birthdays! random crap!) that was piling up. Including jumping on the sale on kitchenaid pasta maker attachment Mmmm, fresh pasta.

Well my punk ass ex-husband has a wife now that co-signs the bullshit he says about his child support, even though she wasn’t around when he wasn’t paying it. Her daughters don’t even really like her that much. According to DD, one time when they were spouting all of that BS, one of HER daughters said that what they were saying didn’t make sense, because if he was ranting about his tax refunds being intercepted, that had to mean that he wasn’t paying his child support. When he married his 2nd wife (the current one is his 3rd, I was his first wife), I started having a lot of problems with my child support case. So much so that I suspected that he or his wife must have known someone that worked there, and I ended up contacting a local politician’s office for help with my case because what was happening was making no sense. That politician’s office did look into things, and help me get the issues at that time resolve. But after DD graduated HS and DS was still in high school, I started having problems with the case again, even though he had not been paying his court ordered support. I got a letter again, saying that they were closing my case, because I was not compliant, even though I had not received anything saying I needed to do something or be somewhere at a certain time and date. By then, he owed $10’s of thousands of dollars in child support, because the original order was for almost $500/month and he didn’t pay it. Then he went back to court some years later, and told some lies to reduce it to less than $150/month, which he didn’t pay either. Per our divorce decree, he was responsible for keeping health insurance on our children, which he never did, and he was also responsible for their medical bills, which he never paid, and I ended up filing BK, after they both had some serious medical issues that wrecked my finances. Way back when, I was allowed to submit proof to the court that I carried health insurance for the children myself, because he never did even though he was supposed to, and show how much it cost me. But I would’ve had to take him to civil court regarding the medical bills he was supposed to be responsible for and wouldn’t help me with. So when I got the letter again saying they were closing the child support case, I had been through hell dealing with my children’s medical issues and the aftermath, so I was just tired of all the BS and my youngest child, DS, was about to graduate from high school, so I said fuck it, and did not bother with it anymore. So if him and his wife want to talk about the child support, the FACT is that he only paid a fraction of what he owed, and what I did receive, was because they started intercepting his tax refunds because he was in arrears. If I was persistent about getting what he owed and was supposed to pay, I could still be getting paychecks garnished, licenses revoked, and income tax refunds intercepted TODAY. But I’M the bad guy lol. Heck, since you have documented proof that he did not pay court ordered child support you could even garnish (part of) his Social Security. That idiot better start shutting up I doubt there will be any SS for him. A few years after he stopped filing income taxes, he stopped working W-2 jobs. For years now, he has worked for himself for years now, as some sort of handy man or something.

I hate food in my bedroom. With the flooring being replaced in most of my home the only place I can sit down is on my bed.
I still hate food in the bedroom but I hate not eating for several days straight even more so here I am...

He needed to take care of his children, and he didn’t do that, soooo…..

What works for allergies? I can't imagine surviving another day like this. I went to an allergist about 12 years ago and got allergy shots, they made a huge difference. He also gave me a Flovent inhaler to use if I get sick on top of the allergies. That takes a few days to work but it will usually stop my allergies plus a respiratory illness combination from getting me into a bad spiral. This happens maybe once a year. I have to work at avoiding my really bad allergy triggers. For example, I have issues with the flowers at mass, and it gets especially bad when they overflow the church with flowers at Christmas and Easter, so I wear an N-95 mask to mass for those dates. I also wear a mask if I am cleaning with chemicals that bother me. For non prescription stuff, I snort some Flonase nasal spray every morning. I use it even if i feel great, because it takes a few days to build up to where it is working great. If I am really congested and struggling, I take a 12 hour Claritin D in the morning. It clears up my breathing and my sinus pressure, and can sometimes stop a sinus headache. The downside is that the pseudoephedrine in it keeps me awake and a bit jittery, so I always use the kind that will wear off before bedtime. If I am having a hard time with sinuses and breathing at bedtime, I will take a Benadryl, which will fix the allergy symptoms and also put me to sleep.

Also think about when you feel the worst from your allergies. For example, if you wake up feeling bad and then gradually start feeling better in the afternoon, then the problem may be with your bed. Try putting an encasement over your mattress and hypoallergenic dust mite proof pillow cases over your pillows. Make sure your sheets are washed frequently and if you have a quilt or other bed cover that shouldn't be washed frequently, run it through the dryer for a half hour on "no heat" to take the dust out. Vacuum under the bed, either by moving it or with a Roomba or something similar that can vacuum under the bed. Keep everything well dusted. Shower and wash your hair before bed if you have exposure to allergens.

On a random note, my ex-husband use to rant to DD after she was an adult, when he and his current wife would go on tangents, trying to put me down, saying that I spent his child support on brand name clothing for my children and taking them out to eat at restaurants. First of all, he was ordered to pay less than $150/month for 2 children, and he didn’t pay that small amount, more often than he did pay it. Second of all, I spent more than that on groceries every month, just providing food for them at home. LOL How delusional do you have to be to think that $150/month covers half of two kids expenses a month? So's ex owes him over 12K in child support. She is only has to pay like 100 a month for the two kids he has full custody of. Daughter won't even go and visit her.

Now we have a frost warning for tonight.
The neighbor on the other side of his duplex is having some kind of work done on the inside of their house. It's not nearly as noisy as my work was.
It is the first time I have heard noise thru the wall between our houses.
