I had a dream last night that I got a very large tattoo on my arm and I kept showing it to people saying it was my penance.
For what?!
Either I need back in therapy or I need to stop following the Facebook Supernatural page.
Maybe both?

I feel better this morning, thinking like Pink, the stress of worrying about hubs was getting to me and I did not realize it. But then he said he had been really tired the last few weeks too. I suppose it could be from all the shots we took, don't know, just glad its better. I still have a slight rash on the left side of my face but I also finished the one laundry detergent and went back to my Allergy Free All. That very well could be the reason for that, I just have troubles using different kinds of detergent. I found the other on sale, my mistake. My face is still a bit sensitive though.
Waiting for it to warm up out, its' 64 so far. Going to vacuum in here and as usual doing laundry. I don't want to wash down porches and windows if its too cold. Hubs thinks this is my last chance as its to turn cold. He trimmed around my rose bushes in the fence I didn't get to and the ditch so that is done for this year. He is fixing the leaf mulcher on the mower so I can mow the leaves as they fall. I just happened to think we better get more cat litter and water softener salts as he won't be able to lift them. Its hard for me to get the salts downstairs though I could do it if I had to.
I also need to buy him some items for clear liquids to drink Monday, we have his prep stuff. We have covered everything we can think of.
Now to feed DD and get busy.

I do not know what to watch tv tonight. We'll keep apple tv likely through the end of the year. I still want to watch the morning show. I'll wait until DH can watch it with me.
is Abbott Elementary on Apple or Hulu?

Watching it rain and planning out making rice pudding and the German chocolate cake. I ran to the grocery store and got the requisite pecans, buttermilk and coconut. Also got DH something I never do: Frito-Lay snacks, Cheetos and Doritos mainly. He is a happy camper. Life is short.

Alaska Air notified me I need to change my reservation outbound. I have 2 days I can use but other than flying in late or not having a nonstop flight is my only choice. One routes us to San Diego with a 1 hour time between flights. That's awfully tight, so how busy and awkward to get around is the San Diego airport?

Family is going to Ren Faire. I'm trying not to lose my patience but the amount of help me find this, I hate how this looks, etc if doing me in. They are over an hour late in leaving and def cutting into my me time. Have to do laundry and pack for work trip tomorrow.
Now no one has enough cash. Ffs, this has been planned for weeks and I'm sure there are atms along the way.
Def shows how much of life I manage for them. Too much!

Home from my errands. Just before I left the house DH texted asking if I could bring him a Bluetooth speaker at work, so did that first.
I still need to put the little bit of groceries away and then start on laundry.
I love the sunglasses!

Azucena, I am so there with you.
DH ran to town to get something today and offered to pick up like the four things I needed for groceries this weekend.
I gave him a list with specific instructions (only 1 or 2 of this, just a single roll of that) and he comes home proud of himself that he bought the giant variety pack.
I had only wanted a single one to get us through to the Amazon delivery of the $15 cheaper variety pack on Monday.
Then it's "ypu didn't say you bought it on Amazon! you never buy enough of anything so I was making sure we had more. Fine I'll never do anything again..."
God the gaslighting and bullshit that comes out of his mouth makes me insane. Meanwhile he plays on his phone all morning while I was up with a pukey kid half the night, did laundry and dishes, etc.
F*$# I could just divorce him sometimes and enjoy my own company.

I just got back from doing the Saturday morning garage sale thing. I only take $20 to spend although I may have another $20 tucked away "just in case." Today I stuck with my $20.
I got 6 Spode "Blue Room" plates, in perfect condition for $1 each. This was my real score since I was looking for something to put on my dessert stands. They aren't as collectible as they sound - you can get a set for $100 several places. But $6 was definitely a steal.
I really was amazed, though, at how overpriced a lot of stuff was. 75 cents for one obviously used terrycloth potholder? I read an article recently that prices were up at thrift stores, too!

At one of our thrift stores, some kids t-shirts are over 4 a pop now. That's like a buck less than target sales.

Swam and did a Walmart and bank run this morning. One load of laundry done, one for later. Pork loin is marinating in the fridge for dinner. I will go outside later and clean the inside of my car; that makes washing the outside less of a chore tomorrow, knowing the inside is done. Also want to pull weeds.

They make it sound so simple. Meanwhile I was impressed when I found a new hoodie with tags for a local college football team for $20. And as a larger chested woman, I donate my old bras. They are still useful, just a little old (3 years max) and don't fit me quite right anymore. I hope women who need them have a chance to buy them cheaply. In the last 5 years I have never paid less that $70 for a bra. As a single mom I went without a lot of stuff to take care of my kids. Believe it or not, lack of a bra for a large chested woman can cause a lot of health problems. Now I'm wondering if there is a better way to pass them on.

DH asked me if I was still mad at him, which shows that, once again, he is too dense to get the point. I am not mad, I am miles beyond mad. He broke something fundamental in our relationship-all my fondness (I haven't loved him in many years) and any shred of respect for him is gone permanently. He thinks so much of himself that he honestly thinks he's perfect and no one could possibly ever be more than momentarily irritated at him. Therefore there is no need for change or behavior modification from him. I'm done-I'm just not screwing myself over financially to get out of the marriage. He says I don't do anything for him - he's beginning to see what "anything" looks like when it's not happening.

I had to come in and power up. I trimmed shrubs out front, cut down the hostas, hubs raked and picked up the debris for me. Got the front washed down except one section about 12 X 15 and a window, I spilled my bucket of cleaning water, ammonia, and vinegar but it was filthy anyway.
I'm going to the wagon, than finish that wall, and some of the hostas I missed so cut them. Then to the back porch. I just washed windows screens and all with the RV brush and let the wind dry them, should have put dish washer rinse in the water, but they look darn good. They are supposed to tilt in but I've broken a couple doing them and hubs thinks they were put in too tight. So its a chore doing them, they sure are shining anyway.
It's 75 out but the wind feels cold. But since I'm working its ok. I want to get finished as how many more warm days will we have. A lot of the trees are pretty colors this year, first time in awhile, but not like I have seen them. Still not bad.
I had to come in drink some orange juice, eat some raisins, to get some sugar boost so I could continue. My tank was running on empty as I'm pooped. Probably another hour or two and I'm done. Sure does look better.

I'm sorry things are so bad in your house right now. 💔 I also hope that I never get to that degree with my own DH. He irritates me from time to time, but there is still love both ways. But also reminds me that I need to plan, because I will never be stuck due to $.

Try this: thebrarecyclers.comThey donate your bras to victims of human trafficking and domestic abuse. I gathered about 10 old bras and mailed them in. It was easy and I felt I was doing a good thing.

Large-size anything, but particularly bras, are a frequent need with groups that help the homeless. I only know the ones in my area, but either google "homeless mission" or contact a Catholic church. They usually are heavily into missions.
