A facebook friend posted this and I thought it was hilarious. YMMV.

Well, I was born BEFORE the boomers. I didn't care much for the show...in fact, I fast forwarded thru most of it...stopping now/then to see if I could figure out what any of them were saying...I couldn't. So, since I'm older than boomers, guess I'm older than dirt. However, loved that Eminem took a knee & loved his response to dumb Rudy!...that one is a classic!
My most favorite half time show doesn't seem to be on anyone else's radar...Bruno Mars was the one I've liked the best of those I've seen. Didn't see Prince. Katy Perry was ok & so was JLo & Shakira (sp?).

That Giuliani rebuttal video is the best thing I've seen in days!

I couldn't get into it with the sound like that.

I thought it was OK. I think the show should be different from the year (or years) before. It has to appeal to a wide fan base, and the cultural differences are what they are. Honestly, The Rock could have come back out for halftime and just stood there and flexed. I mean, I cannot recall a word that bodacious sexy beast fine gentleman said in his introduction. I think I was knocked over by a pectoral and stunned by a bicep.

I adore Shakira.... vibrant happy music. and always loved Prince, a genius... and big loss. I wouldn't normally listen to country music..... but if I was in the US and wanted to experience the local culture I'd definitely seek it out and probably love it.

I figured it was a spoof because it's not his current look. No surprise Stephen and his writers came up with this.

I had a problem with his pants. 😂 They were weird. He should have taken them off. The shirt, too. You dirty little birdy, you. And I have to agree. Talk about a rise in the ratings.

His pants were weird. Even my DH commented on what was wrong with the pants.

I see Pepsi is stepping away from the halftime presentation next year. It seems they have had it forever. If I remember correctly they had it back at least to Michael Jackson's great performance. Rumor is Amazon might buy the rights to the show.
