LOL!
this is one of the reasons i avoid stocks with large institutional investment. they mess up the game for the retail investor.

yeah, it is certainly his biggest grift, yet. without a doubt. keep in mind, his $1.5B stake in Truth was worth 5x more a short time ago.

stock is falling again this morning. off 4% to $17.3. unusually quiet day today for this paper tiger. it has had less than $0.50 trading range since 1 hour after opening.
it had a big pop last week, after he said he would not sell after the lockup ended. it went up nearly 50% to around $21.

I don't see why you wouldn't trust him. He is the most honest person ever.

I do enjoy logging in in the morning to see the stock market soaring and DJT hitting another all time low.

Banana slugs are simple creatures who only want to eat and have sex. That’s not a moral failing, on their part. That’s just what banana slugs do Trump, on the other hand, ought to have more elevated thoughts beyond sex and hamberders, but he doesn’t. In a human, that’s a disaster.

I do enjoy logging in in the morning to see the stock market soaring and DJT hitting another all time low. the stock had some support at $15.50, but that has given way this morning. it is currently trading at $14.64, just 1% above my interim target.

NOTE TO THE WATCHERS:
every dollar the stock drops loses Trump $100M on paper.

i just read something really interesting in the buy-sell agreement:
the lockup agreement that bans insiders from selling shares right after an IPO will expire on Friday, if the price holds above $12 a share.
if the price does NOT hold above $12, he won't have to engage in the lockout. but with only two days to go, and the stock falling below $15, there is not much difference.
it is interesting that the stock might actually sell below $12 BEFORE the lockout expires. but i don't think it is likely to do that.

stock closed at $14.70 today. this is a record low for DJT.
edit: it had a very active after-hours session, trading as low as $14.00
amazing short play.

I saw a headline that it was down this morning. I hadn't been following and wondered, "Is it under $15.00 yet?" It was at $15.01 then.

The Yahoo Finance commentary is hilarious. do you remember the Uranium One story? it was billed as Hillary is selling our Uranium to Russia or something. it was a complete fabrication, really. there was a GREAT article on that in MoneyCentral. he utterly lampooned all of the assumptions about the deal. financial people are not always utterly without wit.

The Yahoo Finance commentary is hilarious. It is interesting! Especially how many are admitting they are Republicans, but despise Trump and are endorsing Harris. Just a few oddball individuals bullish on the stock, everyone else is snickering at how many MAGA sheep will get fleeced holding it while Trump cashes out ASAP.

financial people are normally pretty sober about this stuff. it is a shame that they are not representative of the general population, who, increasingly......
SCARE ME.

Another fun day at Yahoo. There's no way Trump isn't dumping shares with the volumes that have been going through the past couple days.

I saw $12.56 Monday morning.
Trump is insisting he won’t sell because ‘I don’t need the money.’
Which doesn’t explain why he’s selling little 1 inch pieces of the suit he was shot in.
That doesn’t seem like a very presidential thing to do, if you’re fabulously rich.
