Also, I think someone said that they preferred burnt orange as an all over lid color. I got this too. I got the shade cuteologist which is a bit more red than orange but still a nice color. Super shock shadows are really good and they help with buying a whole palette to get the one shade you want. There are tons of them on Colourpop's site if Ulta doesn't have the ones you want. My PSA for the day. www.ulta.com/p/super-shock-shadow-xlsImpprod17801019

I have a Colourpop pink I really like as well.

No sense in buying a $50 palette for one color.

The colors are: wild thing, heist, and strike. It's in the Naked Petite Heat palette. I stated it wrong above. I also use the beiges in it once in a while. I'm trying to liven up my eyes, though, and beige just doesn't do it.

I have more eyeshadow palettes than one person will ever use in a lifetime.

Ah! You got me! I just added Foreplay to my bag. I can't wait to try it. It just came today. I may have to paint my face even though I'm not going anywhere. Why not?

Has anyone tried Dossier for fragrances? I’m hankering for new perfumes but I refuse to spend $100+ on a 1oz bottle.

It sounds like a great way to sample without a full commitment. For another question, do you use more than one or two moisturizing products? I had such oily facial skin for so many years I'm still not completely used to moisturizing my face, but I do have something for that, and body lotion for everywhere else. But I've noticed special moisturizers for hands, for feet, for arms including elbows; I'm starting to wonder if I'm missing something. What do you do?

No, but from what I understand they send you a little sample with the big bottle you order. That way you can try the sample and return the big bottle unopened for no charge if you don't like it.

I have different body oils/butters/lotions, but only because they feel/smell different. I don't have them for certain body parts.

IME, the targeted moisturizers for hands, elbows, feet, etc are more concentrated and thicker texture. I prefer them over thinner body lotions. I use daily on my hands and feet. The smaller tubes are easier to take along, too. I never use moisturizer on my face. Eta: I meant to add that I don't worry about whether a moisturizer is for hands, feet or somewhere else. I use them interchangeably.

My face skin is oily/acne prone and my body skin is super dry. If you need something special for your hands, believe me, you'll know. Regular moisturizers won't cut it. I had that problem in the winter when I used to work with a lot of paper. Paper will suck the moisture out of your hands. If you don't feel you need anything more for those parts, don't bother. For my face, I have to use something oil-free, and mostly just in the winter, though I do a little around my eyes year round. Trying to prevent the crinkly wrinkles.

My face tends to be more sensitive so just because it works on my arms doesn't mean I won't break out in a rash on my face. I also have combination skin so often times body lotion has too much moisterizer in and I break out. I will have hand cream during the winter when it gets so dry my skin cracks.

In the winter there are times where I end up using straight Vaseline on my hands because they’re so dry.

I have a bunch of facial moisturizers, serums, toners, essences. I have separate body lotion (I don't use often, so one bottle will last years), hand moisturizer (the thick stuff is good for winter and constant hand washing the past 18 months), and foot moisturizer (because why not?).

I have day time face moisturizer night time face cream cream for the outsides of my upper arms because I get the red bumps. That cream makes the bumps go away, but my skin is still red. I have my daily body moisturizer which is an Aveeno oatmeal w/ lavender. Then, I have denser creams for when my feet and hands freak out in the winter Then, I just have regular lotion in my purses and desk drawer.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a detangling brush? Long hair and lots of it. Tangle Teaser? Thank you, I checked it out on Amazon and got confused with all the classifications of hair types (like what is a 4b type?) but I think this could work. I'll give it a try, thanks again!

Binge watched Glow Up on Netflix with DD13 and DD9. Apparently the neighbor girls did the same this rainy weekend. DD9 went over there to play and was delighted to find that their mom had purchased a makeup palate. Lots of laughter and 'ding dongs'

Probably 2C but the prone to tangles in the 3a description definitely speaks to me. That's why I ended up chopping 6 inches off last December it was out of control with the tangles. The longer it gets, the worse the tangles get. I can usually straighten it but there are some pieces that just don't cooperate ever, mainly those baby pieces around my ears.

I think I'm 3b. I have a lot of curl and it does spiral up in a number of spots. I also tangle easily. This should encourage me to look for specific hair care products, but I already have a lot of stuff at home. I did order some leave in and styling products in my recent Ulta order.

Thank you! That was very interesting. I was looking at reviews on the detangling brush on Amazon. They were talking about hair types and I got confused. I just needed a better brush that would help with tangles, lol
