what bothers me most about that who near lynching was that Pences family was there. Imagine watching an angry crowd of fellow citizens lynch dad- or grand pop.

Pence has held his tongue all this time. I doubt he did much then as well. Pence is less exciting than Al Gore. Not sure how he expects to run unless Trump dies or something.

Sean Michael McHugh, 34, was convicted of one felony count of unlawful sex with a minor and one misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor on Sept. 1, 2010, a spokeswoman for the Placer County Superior Court said Friday.

The former district attorney who prosecuted the case told The News he remembers the victim was 14 years old, while McHugh was 23 at the time.

“I don’t recall there was any previous relationship. They found themselves at a house, drinking was involved, and he committed the crime,” former prosecutor Todd Kuhnen said.

Because the victim had already turned 14 and there was less than a 10-year age difference involved, Kuhnen said he wasn’t able to charge McHugh with a more serious count of lewd acts on a child.

In further bullshit news, the ex-marine/ ex-cop who beat the capital police with a flagpole with a marine flag on it (video caught on the officers uniform cam, and very brutal) claims he did it because the capital officer was saying mean things to him and making provocative hand gestures.

We ll see how that defense works out for him in the trial for seven felony counts against him.
