I also think its partially because Bannon knows Trump is going to use Rudi as one of the fall guys. Its sad they can't get it through their heads the anti-fa wouldn't show up for this.

The woman may not return to the U.S. No trip out of the country regardless of the reason for the trip. An accused Capitol rioter asked the judge for permission to leave the US for a vacation in Mexico
One of the rioters who stormed the US Capitol during the January insurrection asked a federal court to let her leave the US for a vacation she booked in Mexico. Jenny Cudd's lawyers asked the US District Court for the District of Columbia on Monday to approve Cudd's request to travel outside of the country. The motion, seen by Insider, says Cudd "planned and prepaid for a weekend retreat with her employees for the dates of February 18 through February 21, 2021, in Riviera Maya, Mexico." "This is a work-related bonding retreat for employees and their spouses." Cudd is charged with unlawfully entering a restricted building, as well as disorderly conduct. The big baby is crying. 'Have mercy on me!' Accused Capitol rioter who had lived in Memphis area ordered detainedA man who had lived in the Memphis area and is accused of assaulting police officers during the U.S. Capitol riot pleaded for pretrial release to a judge Monday. But the judge ruled he should remain locked up until his case is decided. As the judge began to state the reasons why he was denying Ronald Sandlin's proposal to be released from detention in Las Vegas and allowed to stay with his parents near Memphis, the audio feed of the court hearing was filled with the sound of someone crying. It was apparently the 33-year-old defendant. "Your honor, have mercy on me! Please!" a voice shouted — again, apparently Sandlin. Article here: link

For four years Trump has been pumping the White Supremacy well. Given our history when it comes to cases involving mostly middle/upper class white people/males I imagine that yes they truly did believe they were not going to be punished. If you are so entitled that you think it's justified to storm the capital to force the changing of a national election then yes you probably believe you aren't going to be punished. When you have been spoon fed by Trump, Gulliani, the Republicans and Fox News that you are on the side of God/righteousness then yes you probably believe you aren't going to be punished. And if you were then your dear buddy/leader Trump would likely pardon you/bail you out because after all he said he stood for the little guy. I can imagine that quite a few of them are shocked to find out Trump is not personally defending them or sending them lawyers to defend their cases.

Article here: linkI have absolutely no sympathy, empathy or compassion for any of them. Because I am 100% certain that if my black ass decided to “storm the Capitol “ with hundreds or thousands of people whose skin were various shades of brown, the lawn would have been littered with dead bodies. I absolutely believe we would not have been able to gain entry into the Capitol en masse, regardless of our reasons. I believe that anybody whose job is to protect our nation and it’s citizens would’ve been called to respond immediately, with orders to stop us by any means necessary, before we even got to the steps of the Capitol, let alone inside. It didn’t go down like that, ONLY because almost all of them were white. And NOBODY can make me believe anything different. Black and brown folks would’ve NEVER done that because we all know we would’ve been mowed down before we even had a chance to speak on what we were trying to stand up for. I have my issues with the great United (not really) States of America, but I also still respect certain things. It just wouldn’t have occurred to me to be so disrespectful as to “storm the Capitol” and pose a physical threat to our lawmakers because the person I wanted to win an election, didn’t. And that’s out of respect rather than fear. Since I gave birth to my firstborn, my most desperate prayer was for me to live to raise my children. They’re adults now, so I don’t fear imprisonment and death to the same degree I use to, and there ARE a few things I’d risk either for. Storming the Capitol isn’t on that short list. Because it’s stupid and reckless, especially given the reasons that it happened on January 6th. I’ve become disillusioned, among other things, over the last few years, but I’m still not completely stupid. As far as trying to overthrow our government and all the good things this nation supposedly stands for, putting our democracy in peril, they committed the crime, make them do the time. Throw the book at all of them, I have no fucks to give for anyone that took part in that. They deserve the same treatment as the rest of the criminals in “the system”. Nobody cares about the need for special diets that anyone else in the general population might need/prefer, or the treatment their families might think they deserve, so FUCK them too.

we have been patient. we have put up with the patently batshit craziness for 5 years now. enough is enough. in fact, enough is too much. it seemed like we might have learned our lesson in 2020, and then 1/6/21 happened to remind us of how wrong we are.
this outside the box factually vapid movement needs to be sent to a re-education resort in Provo Utah. when they can show us that they have regained their senses and are seeing reality AS IT IS, they can come out and join the rest of us.

Trump and others really appealed to their vanity that they could be patriots and defenders of good. But the fact they seem to be clueless on what good really is, what's real, and they are generally lazy, intentionally uninformed minions. Their capacity for self delusion seems to have no limits. Patriots. They didn't even have a clue Pence couldn't do what Trump said he could.

The cremated remains of Capitol Police officer Brian Sicknick are now laying in honor in the U.S. Capitol building. Presiden Biden will shortly pay his respects.
So why isn't Trump also paying his respects. After all Sicknick's murder happened under trump's watch.

Mother fu ker I actually hope she bolts and is an international criminal. At this point, only continuous bad behavior will turn additional public opinion that these people are not law abiding citizens.

Okay NOW I can see myself supporting Trump's wall. I can't believe that there are still people on my Facebook arguing that white privilege isn't in play. Do you think an African American person would have been given permission to GO ON VACATION if they were facing so much as a pot conviction let along federal/domestic terrorist level charges?
