OMG this presser. I just can't. I am on the phone with my cousin, the former trump supporter. He called me. Outraged at trump's presser.

That’s why he is doing everything to rally his base. From blaming China for the US leading the world in cases and deaths. to encouraging demonstrations that will result in more cases and more deaths.
Republicans seem to think blaming China is a winning strategy. I doubt it.

I doubt it. We're going to keep our border sealed shut. I have never seen so much profound stupidity as these "Nobody tells me what to! Live free or die!" protesters. Fine. Go ahead and die. Idiots. ....and Trump is encouraging them.

I will update my post daily with the new death count. Included in the update will always be trump's Twitter rant about the 17,000. Everyone needs to be reminded of that daily. I think you stole that idea from the everyday death count on the news during the Iraq war, when Bush was president.
Of course the daily count ended when Obama took over.

I found that online also, with a couple more.
I was actually remembering it being reported by the mainstream media every single day.

Memories are funny things. Yeah. Like trumps base so conveniently forgets all the stupid shit he said before. Even when it’s on video.

So why don't we have a comparison on the daily death tolls. I'll give you a handicap, you can use the ones for H1N1 under Obama. Trump still has a big lead. So much winning!

Because it would satisfy the goal of reminding people about the previous president. It is important to remind people about that one.

must have been some news source I didn't use, because by the time the financial meltdown began, Iraq was distant history for most Americans. I don't remember a single report on the body count in 2008, for example, and Bush was still in office.

All they have left is “but Obama” They also have the 'think of how much worse this would be if Hillary won! ' card. SIL uses that one all the time. When i ask her what she thinks would be different she just rolls her eyes and snorts.

Looks like they are all doing better. Your SIL obviously is one of many that just believe a woman can’t do the job. As if the Cheeto dumpling we have now is performing well.

Memories are funny things. Yes they are, I still laugh at times when I think about your reply #30 in the abortion thread. That has to stay there of course, but it was hilarious.

Across the top it said something like "killed during the conflict today in Iraq". They didn't put up a total, just the days amount. It was only shown for maybe 10 seconds, with a voiceover saying the amount.

Simple campaigning was too much for her.

She appears to have nerves of steel. Can you tell my why you think this? I know she had one incident where she got sick on the campaign trail. Shit happens, she's human. She was right back to it a few days later.

Unlike most, you will get the benefit of actual answers that are thought out. I agree with what you are saying in this post of yours I'm quoting, nerves of steel, etc. Others get funny nonsense, or simply ignored for what/who they are.

Eleven hours in one day. Can you imagine having to do that? She is tough as nails! And, how long did Trump testify during his impeachment? I'm waiting.... (The correct answer is: zero)

(The correct answer is: zero) Doesn't really apply, as the best response from Trump as he was advised, was to not testify. See my previous post to swamp in regards to what I actually think of Hillary.

What was tiresome, was her pointing out that blurb every day.
