For 3 days I have needed to mop, I am just not motivated. I have all kinds of things I need to do and I want to exercise. Instead I'm sitting here on my butt.
Need to set up my romba downstairs and let it sweep. Need to go in my stored items sort see what I have and what I need. Want to sew more masks and some for us.
So what am I doing, nothing. DD and I haven't even eaten this morning. About 2 we need to drive to the city and pick up my groceries. Need to drop off 1 milk and 10 cans of beans at a tenant.
I have the renter coming by that I was wondering about. I couldn't believe she was going to ignore paying us or at least contacting us. Turns out she is sick and she didn't want to come in. I said no I don't want you to either, so she is leaving money on the porch and I left her a receipt. I will wash it before depositing it.
The furniture store was to deliver DD's new mattress they are closed, also grandma's chair is there. Since one is paid for an most of the second, hope they don't go belly up. But don't want delivery people in anyway. I'm also trying to change my pain management appointment to later if they will.

I need to make a Costco run today or tomorrow, my list is getting long.
It's mostly fresh produce but if any paper or cleaning products are available, I'll replenish my stock.
Bought some extra canned items at grocery and will drop them off at local food bank.
We are celebrating our 19th wedding annivarsary and DHs 82 birthday this month by staying home.
Glad we had a party a couple of years ago for his 80th, and his kids came from Michigan to help us celebrate.
Next year we party for our 20th anniversary.
My temp this morning was 98.1 on a digital, in mouth thermometer ............ it that good?

My temp this morning was 98.1 on a digital, in mouth thermometer ............ it that good? Depends. Everyone has their own base temperature. Take your temperature at the same time on successive days to get a better idea of what your normal is.

I’ve noticed mine and I think this is probably general, is very variable. It’s lower in the morning 97 something is usually 97/ 98 range but I can reach 99.1 sometimes which freaks me out but I think might be part of my age? I won’t go into female stuffs but I’m finding 47 yo be full of ... uhm... changes? ...
It’s been interesting. I also have to wonder how accurate my thermometer is...

I wouldn't be able to tell you what my normal body temp is if you paid me to. I haven't had a thermometer since I move to the US in 1996. Since then I have had the flu exactly once (when you have it you know it is not just a bad cold) and for the rest I am very rarely sick so I didn't see the need to buy one. Maybe I have to change my mind on that?

And just about any temp check, taken any time of day, is more reliable than that taken by a touchless thermometer with a fever cutoff of over 100.4. One of my coworkers had a temp of 93.something today. He was cleared to work. Then the flunky changed the batteries. I made disgusted sounds and decided not to utter the word "calibration.".

I have one at home because DH bought it years ago and used it to check when I had a sinus infection. Otherwise I don't bother.

And this is exactly what they were using when I entered Bolivia on a flight from Lima, Peru last month. A guy in a hazmat coverall and a surgical mask aimed one at each forehead until it beeped. Oh, well, it must have made them feel better.

98.6 is normal, mine 3 weeks ago was 101.4. At the hospital it was 100.7 was why they treated me. I'm thankful they did. If they get an antibody test I'm getting checked. I'm betting hubs and I both had it. Our neighbor thinks they both have had it also. Would sure be good if we did and survived. And DD has been kept away from everyone for over 4 weeks. We are protecting her.
I'm going to see if I can order live plants, some things I don't do from seed. I'm trying to remember the company I ordered from in the past that had them.

They haven't started temp checking at our grocery store, but they have limited customers to 20% capacity of the store, are only allowing one person per cart and nobody under 16, pretty much enclosed the cashiers behind plexiglass and put one way arrow stickers on the floors in the aisles spaced 6 feet apart. I haven't been in since all this took place, but a lot of people are saying they hope they keep it like this even after the social distancing is over.

I hope to not go into one. I liked the Kroger pickup, quick and efficient. I intend to use it again.
I did mop except for our bathroom. One day I need to vac and mop the whole basement. I need to straighten up down there.
I so hope we can stay healthy. Right now we all appear to be healthy, so far.
All our renters are paid in full except the trucker with a new job and he is worrying about paying us, he will when he gets paid and the one couple. Like I said before, we have good people. If they get their checks or UE they may be able to pay May. I told hubs we may have enough in, have to check to get our insurance and taxes paid in May. Or ins and half the taxes. So no complaints. Hubs is working on the house he is doing good. I need to get back over and do some work.

We have one cheaper grocery chain here in eastern Massachusetts that I can only shop at if DH comes and pushes the cart. I don’t know why more punches don’t get thrown in that grocery store. I almost want to go in the next few days just to see it in all its social distancing glory.

After several conversations with my beloved vet, I broke down and placed an order with Just Food for Dogs. The company was started by snd is owned by vets. One of the owners is even a veterinary nutritionist. It comes either frozen or in shelf-stable cardboard cartons. I still make food for my pup, but after he has eaten he gets a couple of scoops of the JFFD stuff to get his digestive system accustomed to it. He LOVES it. It’s a relief to know that if I had nothing fresh left, I could still feed my pup.

Does Market Basket still have a store located on the bridge over the Mass Pike? That was actually a Star Market. The grocery store is still there, but I think it’s a Shaw’s now. (Further East, there is also a hotel over the Mass Pike.)

I've been buying a bag of dog food every time I shop for human food. Right now I have 2 extra months worth of food and would like to eventually have 3-4 more months.
I think if this drags on and on, pet food may be one of those things that's harder to find, or at least the "right" brand.

Some of you clearly do not watch My Big Gypsy Wedding.
You have time now. Get on it. This is essential cultural knowledge.
