Sleepy - that's a good description.
Logging off for a bit because I really do have work to do at my job today, an over abundance of work right now LOL

. . . I'm definitely better (meds are working), but I still lack motivation and I continue to eat crap and stay up late. . . What is it about depression and staying up late? I was up at 3:00 a.m. last night (this morning) watching youtube videos. It's so STUPID!
(I'm not technically depressed - my issues are grief related).
azucena and finnime I sincerely hope you both get much better real soon.
Oh, I went thru the grief insomnia and it totally screwed up my sleep cycle for a long time, maybe even until now. I think grief, depression, and other strong emotions are exhausting which sometimes means I can't sleep but then by not getting enough sleep I have stronger emotional responses and hello viscous cycle. Must.close.internet.

I was still awake at 3 a.m. Yes, this is part of my depression.

Working on SSDI reconsideration documents. It's tough when you can't focus for more than twenty minutes at a time.
