NAG: I have a question about the rebate for the Blink I bought in January. I logged on to the RA website, and it looks like the rebate opportunity is gone! suzi: If you bought it in January, you can still enter the receipt and get your rebate. You DO NOT have to enter your receipt before the rebate period ends. As a matter of fact, Rite Aid gives you a lot of lead time to get the rebate information to them. I just entered my mom's Blink from January for her yesterday and requested her check for her (she doesn't have the internet). If you need further help, contact me tomorrow and I'll walk you through it.

Dumb question - for the RA deal with the Dixie Plates, since they're BOGO would the cost of both packages count towards the $15 if you bought 2, even if 1 is free? NO!! (Sorry, didn't mean to yell at you. It will only count $3.99 toward the $15.00. Dancin' - THANK YOU!!! It's OK It's hard for me to hear you all the way from Cali! ;D I'm off to print my RA Q's and head on out there. Wish me luck!

UUGGGHHH!! No wonder RA is struggling!! My close RA closed a few weeks ago so now I have to go to one about 10 mins further away. I left this am around 9 to get there (thinking I was going to miss the deals and they'd be OOS because my RA always opened at 8am on Sundays). I was PO'd when I pulled up to see they don't open till 10! Meanwhile, the WAGs and CVS across the street were hoppin' busy. I drove to another RA down the street and it too opens at 10am. I did some deals at WAGs and just came back home. On the plus side - I love these new smileys!!

I was up last night until midnight clipping coupons, looking for alternate scenarios and came up with this HUGE MM!! The Afrin, Coriciden, and the Colgate are all part of the Buy $50 in Heart Healthy products/Get a $20 UP. $41.93 (7) Afrin 3.99 (1) Coriciden 2.99 (1) Colgate 4.71 Tax 55.62 Subtotal - 4.00 $4/$20 - 4.00 Video Value (These are the $1, $1, and $2 off any non-Rx VVs) - 2.00 Afrin VV - 2.00 Coriciden VV - 19.00 UPs - 21.00 (7) Afrin MCs (1/2 SS) - 2.00 (1) Coriciden IP - 1.00 Colgate .62 OOP --> 28 in UPs (Afrin) / 4 in UPs (Coriciden) / 2 in UPs Colgate / $20 UPs (Heart Healthy) = $54 in UPs If you get to do this deal and make a shitpile of UPs, let me know.

I know most of you hate Walmart, so, flame at will, but, the one near where I live has Snuggle 40 sheet @ $1.79. Buy two, use the $2.00 off two coupon from either SmartSource or Red Plum from a couple weeks ago and oop is .79 each. They also have Ritz, Triscuit and Wheat Thins at $1.98, use $1.00 off two. For me, it beat the $2.50 to $2.99 each in my area.

My scenario I posted yesterday is very similar. I did it this morning with no problem. Just be aware, I was a little short at getting the $20 Up because of my 20% discount. The Afrin is ringing up 5.49 so that threw my scenario a bit. I just bought one more Colgate at another store and got my second $10 Up. I guess it was fine in the end cuz I'd rather have 2 $10 Ups than one $20 Up anyway. I am SO exhausted...I went to 2 stores and did 4-5 transactions. The stock was decent but still glad I went and got everything today.

I just finished putting RA info on my blog and they advertised the Blink rebate from 01/30 - 02/02. I think it's a new one. I did last month's too.
DANCIN: I need to rush the info you have on here to my blog ( Heart Healthy) Please say it's OK, even after I post it. I will give you the credit for the info.
Also, I saw 2 full rebates on RA site for next week only.
Coldcalm for adults and Coldcalm for children.

Hello, Hounders!
Exciting day for me as I am going to attempt my first attempt at dealing with WAGS. Question, b/c I keep getting confused re: their coupons. Does an in-store WAGS coupon count as a "coupon I need to have a filler for." My potential scenairios (SO lucky I have two WAGS within 5 min of my house!).
Transaction #1 Armicare 5.99 - 2/1 IP Total 3.99, get 5.99 RR
Dove Deodorant 4/$15 Puffs .89 w/in store - 4 of $2/1 Dove deodorant -5.99 RR Armicare Total OOP 1.99, get 5.00 RR
Store #2 Armicare 5.99 2 Puffs 1.78 -2 Armicare IP -5.00 RR from Dove Total OOP .77, get 5.99
Transaction #2 Dove Body wash 4/15 1 Puffs .89 -4 1.25/1 Dove coupons -5.99 RR Armicare Total OOP 4.90, Get $5 RR
Since the Puffs are with a in-store coupon, do I still need another filler? I was using the puffs b/c I actually need some.

Just a word of caution - my stores won't accept more than one of the rewards VVQ in one transaction and they are right. So be prepeared for them to refuse a couple of them if they know the rules. The tax also comes out more for me and on a transaction of 50$, I will be paying at least 4.80 in tax. HTH

I can't even begin to list all of my transactions at Rite Aid, but, I started with less than $20 in Ups (I think around $16) and ended up with $37 Ups, plus bought some stuff I needed (dog treats, pee pads, super glue) AND the Neuragen that was a $10 MM, so in essence I converted $10 in Ups to $20 CASH and am up almost $20 in Ups! I also, after just today's purchases, have $61.71 toward my Winter Rewards! My total OOP today, including tax, was 8.22 and a couple dollars of that was covered by an old gift card!

RA has an unadvertised special on their store brand spices at .79. It looks like the large jars.

mandyms Walgreens in-ad Q's do not count toward you "total number of Q's" so you should be fine with the Puffs.

Karma for you! ;D Just be aware, some people are having issues with the Arnicare IP. I used it twice today, but, it does beep and say "no item purchased". It has to be put in manually, so, YMMV depending on your store/cashier. Also, if you want to lower your OOP, you can get a Valentine's pencil or gift sack for .13 with In-ad Q for a filler.

NAG: UGH!!! I'm SOOO over and DONE with winter!! In the St. Louis area, we are supposed to get up to 1/2 inch of ICE and THEN 6-10 inches of SNOW on top of it! It's supposed to start late tonight and go thru tomorrow and even have "Thunder sleet" Tuesday! Then the snow comes....and doesn't leave until Wednesday sometime. I'm just ready for warm weather and sunshine and put this snow and ice stuff behind us!! MY kids will be in school until the middle of summer if this keeps up! Oh well. As a friend of mine posted on Facebook:
The trouble with weather forecasting is that it's right too often for us to ignore it and wrong too often for us to rely on it. -- Patrick Young
Off to Babies R Us for a baby shower at work on Wednesday.

carolina, It looks like no one has answered you. Yes, you can use a WAGS coupon and an MFQ, however, I believe you will need a small "filler" since there will be some overage.

This is from my blog, www.angiesfrugalhouse.blogspot.com STEAL DEAL There are 2 areas where the Colgate toothpaste is pictured in the RA circular. The front page shows : Colgate Total, 7.8 oz Colgate Total Advance, 5.8 oz Colgate Sensitive, 6 oz BOGO The second posting is on page 4. Colgate Total Advance is posted again at 2.99 with a 2.00 up reward. There is no size posted. There is a 1.00 Q in one of last week's inserts So if you bought 2 (BOGO) 5.8 oz Advance you would receive a minimum of 2.00 up reward. Use the 1.00 coupon (or more if you have them) and both items come out to be free.

Here is a repost of my Rite Aid scenario. This is what I did this morning, BUT, had to add one more Colgate because of my 20% wellness discount: 4 Colgate, 2.99, -1/1 MC, get 2 ups 1 Coricidan, 5.99, -2/1 MC, - 2/1 VV, get 4 ups 3 Viactiv, 6.99, -3/1 MC, get 3 ups 2 Afrin, 5.99, - 3/1 MC, -2/1 VV, get 4 ups My total will be 50.72 before coupons. I will use a 4/20, bringing it down to 46.72, minus all Q's, 21.72. I will pay with 21 ups and get back $20 ups (for spending 50 Heart Healthy), as well as 8 for Colgate, 4 for Coricidan, 9 for Viactiv and 8 for Afrin. This is 49 Ups!! Awesome, thanks Constanz. Karma for you! ;D Just be aware, some people are having issues with the Arnicare IP. I used it twice today, but, it does beep and say "no item purchased". The Arnicare did beep. But I made sure I looked at the specific one I purchased to make sure I bought the right one. Talking to the cashier, she said that the WAGS I went to was so slow on Sundays. I was able to do all four transactions at one store. Which was nice, b/c I got caught up in some family issues and didn't make there as early as I wanted... Looks like I will have a new store that's a fav *fingers crossed* BTW, does any know if Bed Bath and Beyond still mails out % off coupons? I have been waiting for one so I can use a GC that I got through rewards from Discover. I am in desperate need of a new pillow

I just got back from Meijer, recovering from a not so good day yesterday. (yes, FORGOT about a really GOOD coupon, which THANKFULLY they honored today after a credit and re-ring). Meijer has a close out of CoffeeMate at $.99 for "Winter" flavors. Expiration dates on the CoffeeMate are May/June. Couple that with this week's $1.00 off two gives a pretty reasonable and tasty cup of coffee. (Not to mention anything else anyone else has waiting in the wings... The selection was pretty good also.

I had a great time at my RAs! I woke up early at 9am and went to two and did three transactions. I'm super stoked at the things I got. What a great week!

NAG: I have a question about the rebate for the Blink I bought in January. I logged on to the RA website, and it looks like the rebate opportunity is gone! [/quote] Rite Aid has a really good Customer Service. If I were you, I'd give them a call and see what they say. Maybe they can find a way to make it good.
