Never mind "out of wedlock". He was banging Maples while still married to Ivana. Maples and a whole bunch of others. And bragged in public about how many beautiful, fabulous women he was banging.
All, of course, before his conversion to being a conservative republican with good Christian values.
Him and Newt Gingrich.
....and he has the unmitigated gall to attack Hillary for her husband's indiscretions!

I was watching CNBC yesterday. They showed a picture of Hillary at a rally a couple of months ago denouncing the discrepancy between the rich and the poor. She was wearing a designer top. Cost: $12,000 yeah. she should have worn cutoffs and a v-neck men's tee. Well, in my neck of the woods, a $12,000 top while you are demeaning one percenters and wall street bankers sort of puts a damper on your message. She is obviously one of them. Of course I imagine a lot of the welfare cheats have them too, so maybe it's all good.

I've always used the more liberal standard, "that of what one does in his personal life has little to do with being able to run the country as president".

Surprising to me, however, that someone who openly shopped around for wives/GF's for all those years is now the POTUS candidate for the party of strict Christian family values - the party that once got all swoony because Clinton diverted from the marital bed.
Funny how Clinton was the anti-Christ while everyone apparently thinks Trump is just behaving like all rich men do, and that's fine.

The Christians aren't as swoony about these things as the media likes to portray them, not now anyway. Maybe in 1950. I think that strictness does get trotted out when needed, as in a platform to degrade. From both political sides.

Are you kidding me? You haven't visited any Christian forums, have you? I bet I know one of the ones you are referring to... Yes, you do. And it's not even a dedicated Christian forum. Just people in the Bible Belt. It's all "The wages of sin is death! Repent!" Doesn't matter if it's 1950 or 2016. Nothing has changed.

Christians. With their morals and standards and stuff. Barf. The Catholic Church is minding everyone's business but their own. Bad enough they tell everyone how to live, but now they're trying to tell people how to die, They're throwing roadblocks at our assisted dying laws with everything they've got. Don't want assisted euthanasia? Don't opt for it. But don't tell ME how I should die and that suffering is good for my soul. Piss off.

Trump has never claimed to be anything than very rich. Hillary claimed she was broke when they left office, and still claims they are not rich. In reality, they probably are much more "cash rich" than Trump is. He's rich on paper. They are rich in reality.

I don't recall you answering when I asked you why it was okay for the Mrs. Trump to spend $200,000 on a wedding dress (to be worn one time only) but not Hillary Clinton to spend up to $12,000 on a jacket coat that can be worn repeatedly. Both parties allegedly paid for the garments out of their own pocket.

Please remember, I neither favor Trump, nor want him elected President. I thought I had made that officially clear on the boards here earlier last week after the judge fiasco. My postings always were Trump would win the nomination and possibly the Presidency, but after the Mexican judge comments I hope he fails. I think my statement I posted earlier today applies to this also. Not sure if it was on this thread or another one. The short version: Trump claims to be rich. Hillary claims not to be. Hillary and Bill are probably richer, and have more money than Trump thinks he has.

We won't be seeing those until AFTER the election in November. Yea, right.

Just out of curiosity... did you actually read the tweet? He said he was congratulated and that he didn't want congratulations... he wants toughness and vigilance. Here's the tweet: He was (I believe) replying to this tweet that someone else made to him because of a "We need to do something" type message: (See that comment here: Tweet)

You spend someone else"s money. true. and it is also true for Trump, to a large degree (despite what he says, he is actually LOANING his money to his campaign. he expects his government cheese when it is over, just like Clinton).

The Christians aren't as swoony about these things as the media likes to portray them, not now anyway. Maybe in 1950. I think that strictness does get trotted out when needed, as in a platform to degrade. From both political sides. Are you kidding me? You haven't visited any Christian forums, have you? There's always some fundamentalists around, regardless of faith type. Even you should know this. Not a good argument from any perspective.
