Why does my knee start hurting 3 days before a walking challenge? Oh and I am a member of my bosses team so no slacking. Hope it starts to feel better this weekend.

Sorry that's all I got except you will do fine. That is the gospel according to NNP

Thanks. We have had 2 step challenges in the past. I came in second twice. I only promised to average 10000 a day. I can accomplish this. Challenge starts Monday.

Why does my son, who thinks deodorant is optional for personal hygiene, find it necessary to rub said deodarant on his bedroom door in an effort to make his room smell nice?

What the actual F__k possessed me to ask a colleague about her impending wedding (I know she was engaged) when she is not currently sporting a ring?!?!?! She said "what wedding?"
I'll just go jump off a cliff now.

While not quite the same, I had a friend who looked like she was in the early stages of pregnancy..I knew she had been talking about a third and thought maybe a surprise made the decision for her. So I asked. Fibroids. I felt like an ass.

Where did everyone go? Is there a party somewhere and y'all didn't tell me? That's all the important questions I have today.

So many questions, but I'm answering them one by one. Hoping to finish up most house questions soon.
I I could ask if anyone can guess how much I just spent for shelves? And how many spanks it would get me on YM?

Uhm, 60 I think? They are making them just for me and shipping them in their own truck...
My sister said this would happen. She said you write large checks all the time and things starts to sound reasonable ... She once told her husband while they were remodeling that the lights she ordered were 6.. He assumed thousand without a thought, seemed everything was that much at the time I guess. Luckily it was hundreds.

Then I probably guessed way low! Even 600 seems high for lights for me, glad I'm not building/remodeling.

I do have a new question! Why is it soooo much work to keep a conversation going? Do I hate people that much or do my social skills just suck that much?

I do think I heard something about the house being too big somewhere, hopefully you find that it's not when it's finished. I love shelves too, there can never be enough shelves. I need all that space. Really, it won't all be for books! LOL at Oreo etching

Maybe it's that whole being paid to be nice to people thing called a job that wears me out so I don't want to talk to anyone else.

I actually think there is something to that. Not being zapped of energy from daily encounters makes me excited for interactions.
I actually was astonished when both my kids came out E on Myers Broggs. I know son isn't, and daughter is more so, but not off the far end. BUT they have always had a lot of control over their social interactions, when, who and how much. So when I looked at the questions in that light...
Ive often told my cousin I think homeschooling would help his son socially, because it would allow him the same kind of control.

Why does every sport seem to have it's own style of shorts? And do soccer shorts have to be boxy? And why is Australia's jersey yellow and green when their flag is red white and blue?

I hear sibling issues, parenting issues, relationship issues, school issues, growing up issues... I'm bummed. I have less kids now, which means I should have more emotional energy. Now my dayjob is zapping my emotional energy.

My youngest son just asked "are Girl Scouts paid in Girl Scout cookies?"
Pretty sure the subtext was that if they are... he's going to sign up to be a Girl Scout.

Most of the time, I'm fine but there are some days/weeks where I just want to slap anyone who wants to impede on whatever quiet I get. I even get cranky if DH has a day off when I do. That's when I know to schedule a day off when everyone will not be home.

Why did my brother think he would be able to register my car today when he knew he didn't have all the money? I told him I'm not taking payments, and it's only $1400. He had me scrambling looking for the title this morning when I could have been exercising. He asked me why he got insurance on it today, and I told him I didn't know. He went ahead and did it last week-he never asked me if he should. His whole attitude about it makes me not even want to sell it to him.

When people ask me how I can stay alone, I just have to hide my glee - So much peace and quiet
