now all that may sound like fighting or arguing - but no

we're smiling, laughing, joking around! role playing, just being completely care free, honest

she is a blast and now I'm upgraded to personal conversations instead of just her helping me with work and getting along with my boss.

You were wrong to tell this "chick" upon first meeting that she's sexy - and she was wrong to reply the way she did.

It was immature, and inappropriate for the workplace. You go on to say you wasted a full hour chatting her up instead of doing your job - and you wonder why your boss rides your ass for being a dead beat at your so-called dead end job.

You'll never get ahead or get promoted if you don't put in the effort to actually do your job above and beyond what's expected of you, instead of chasing after female co-workers.

As someone else suggested, update your resume and be prepared to be pounding the pavement searching for a new job - don't expect to get any references from your current superiors.

It has been my experience that - I have never met anyone (male or female):

at a bar, club, sports event, roller skating ring, social event, beach, pool, vacations, train station, bus stop, etc.

Most people I have met and kept in contact mainly came from WORK! then college, then High School

so meeting Hot&Sexy at work is nothing close to the problem that many are making such a big deal out of nothing!

my work environments are and have been NOTHING close to what is being said here.

As far as calling a woman of any age a "chick" I consider that to be a bit inappropriate. But that's just me.

Women who wear overly tight clothes may give off the wrong impression and get unwarranted comments but it will be you who loses your job. Where I work there is a dress code.  Your clothes cannot be overly tight.  You cannot show cleavage.  Your clothing cannot be more than a few inches above the middle of your kneecap.
