The question is, ; how much can you fill at the current Calgary to WTI rate+currency discount to pay for the giant tank?? Does that leave money for cash flow at .25 dollars? Either way.. Ain't that a fine how do ya do??

A+++++, At 0.25% monthly we are looking at 15% roe because this only cost per month expressed as Monthly. the CH4 and RR are input cost the seller faces. We are working better. Detail on e-mail
PS: Nikkei at this time is up 6+% at this time!! now up 7.7% ( up 1,343)

PS: Nikkei at this time is up 6+% at this time!! now up 7.7% ( up 1,343) I hear ya! In a different world where Putin didn't destabilize eastern Europe and allow the jihad to spread across Europe we would watch China wash out over the next 6-12 months, and the trend of true free enterprise would start a new cycle that would have been the start of something great... Ah well, what's another 7-9 years in the grand scheme of things? Especially when you get to call North America home.

Oil rallies as gasoline demand offsets U.S. crude build Reuters By Barani Krishnan 1 hour ago An oil pump jack pumps oil in a field near Calgary . View photo An oil pump jack pumps oil in a field near Calgary, Alberta, July 21, 2014. REUTERS/Todd Korol By Barani Krishnan NEW YORK (Reuters) - Oil prices rallied on Thursday, with U.S. crude settling up 4 percent as indications of strong demand for gasoline overshadowed a report showing increased U.S. crude inventories. A weaker dollar also made dollar-denominated crude more affordable to holders of the euro, while gains on Wall Street enhanced bullish sentiment in oil markets. finance.yahoo.com/news/oil-prices-rise-ahead-u-data-asia-weighs-090043850--business.html

That's what we call the strength in the weakness, right there! Demand from the outside is weak - but won't be forever (storage). Gasoline is being used up domestically, must be all those new cars on the road in the U.S. of A.

I'll say! We're going to have to build a foundation like we were constructing an 80 story building in the middle of the desert! The inside will probably resemble a suspension bridge, and the steel beam supports throughout will be just awesome to see!

C: I know for a fact that Cenvous will fire every last employee before they stop production. I know you seen how much more long term lease rates are up here than what your projections where.. what was that again? Discount value added?? Later my friend!

And how close would it be to pipelines to move this oil? And how much in cost to put it in? How long to put it into production where we would be able to get a return? How much added cost would there be in that aspect of the deal? And just Where is this tank going to be at?

The great debate for the Green family was about the wide track tracks ( three Steel tracks) vs one standard track. I agree with my great grand dad about the wide track for the heavies. Heavies could carry 50% more oil. With that SAID we may use the same tanks with larger bogies? What I do not understand in London is how they want to use 100% debt to fund the project of oil tank. My credit is ok but that too aggressive for me. I would be ok with 50/50. Thoughts? Just a thought, Bruce aka BiMetalAuPt PS: the trip was a trip from Hell except one great lunch at the French Restaurant know as the Square ( Mayfair ). Great coffee!!

I can't believe that you have been to London and back already this week! I sure wish we were at the point where I could have gone in your stead. I keep thinking about Danny Glover. Of course! Any banker worth their salt is going to want to lend you the cash for the whole project. My thoughts on what he might be thinking is that the tank is a for sure thing so with it financed you have cash flow to work on the other aspects of the project. Like the one that analyst was saying will be worth 10,000% more - if the company can make it - which we will because we aren't reinventing the wheel.... It only took two days?? Trucks are what we call them on this side of the pond.. If we are coming down from Canada we will need the heavier trucks, you know how our lines are up here. Wouldn't the heavier trucks make it so that we could have more tank capacity?? Happy the trip went safely! I better get some work done around here or my duchess will be hot under to collar.. Later,

The cost of the Tank IS going to be the Cost that can be known to being built. The cost to get the product into that tank is the unknown and how much that will cost. Pipelines are probably the cheapest and safest way but you will need a big one to get the volume you need to fill it.

If you buy a large enough quantity from the tar sands right now you can lock in a killer price right and that can be held to use for margin trading, on the MMX-ALPHA 50/50 system. + The rest of it will be contracted at a discount to Canadian long term storage, so that we can lock in too. + The pipeline would work right now because it's probably cheap. Which is also why there is bad blood with the pipeline guy. Then when things ramp up prices go up because it's needed so then you can't fix that cost. Plus, look at the keystone debacle... + Plus, there is the problem that Bruce and his Grandfather always dreamed of owning rail cars.. + The cracker is module so it can go up relativity quickly compared to other operations. Plus, we have the added bonus of making money selling electricity with our cracker. + 10% annually my ass.

That's going to be a great market to be in once the Chinese people return from war and demand their freedom! But, how about the second biggest tank in the world? Everything is always bigger in Texas, right? I always thought is would be kinda cool to own one of these ghost cities once China goes broke. Some of them will fill up over the long term because they will be needed. They just don't need any more, at all. That's why their inventory continues to build while sales have "improved." How awesome is it that we will need like 200 acres of land and we can just repeat this process, eh?

Sam Zel is correct : over a 50% odds of an recession /Depression over the next 5 quarters. Prices are declining as the $$$$ go into the matrices. I do think MMXVI-Alpha did a good job of projection the dates of Oct 15 again. It may not have been the bottom but a fine example of the area to buy every year. I may just hold cash Kash is King and TAJA Queen. Sam Zell: Wall Street, Main Street out of sync The stock market is out of sync with Main Street, billionaire investor Sam Zell said Wednesday.
