It just gets to me when he treats the kids to some lavish vacation and they think he's so awesome. But not really. I guess he took a "hood ornament " this last trip he invited the kids on. DS 's girlfriend made him get a hotel room after two days and DD was so stressed that she was a basket case. I guess the skank got into DD's clothes to see what bra size she wore. Then tried on her shoes and complained they didn't fit her. Checked out her stuff then was stupid enough to mention it. DD says even her sperm donor was appalled. DD was vocally very clear that bimbo crossed the line. In front of bimbo and sperm donor. Sperm donor told kids he was asking skank to move in with him. Kids said if he did to not ask them over or on vacations anymore. I tried to point out the older you get the slimmer pickings are but the kids didn't care. So I stayed out of it. His liver is shot I guess and bcuz of drugs and alcohol he can't get a transplant. But honestly, he's been dying for ten years and never does so I think it's another lie.

I just got the return call from the insurance agent.
It's $689.20 for 12 months; $275.68 until Jan 20th which is our annual renewal date.

I wanted that information though to be able to continue our discussion here and between DH and I. DH has been working long hours this week, and we've not been able to finish this discussion.

i usually come down on the female side of these debates, but i'm with you ont his one. Dad bought daughter car, agreed to pay insurance until 18, has been patiently storing at his house until situation is forcing him to do something with it He didn't buy the car. It's a 16 yr old worn out vehicle of his that he's unloading. The only one with financial skin in the game is OP who has to insure it

Agree, he should sell or donate for a tax deduction as she can't dispose of his car

Yup, but she can say "no thanks" and deal with the fallout. My ex still tries to stick it to me. Two tries last weekend. Both failed because I don't care to be manipulated.
