as noted on Trump -vs- Clinton thread I usually come to this one due to the length of it's run. I don't see anything wrong with spreading information to the people who come to this thread. If anything, the newer thread that you referenced (Trump -vs -Clinton) is the redundant one that should be consolidated onto this one. I don't see anything special at all, that is happening on that thread. If there was, you wouldn't have to try and sell it on this thread

Pretty much everything here (forum) is OK with me. I'll only get mildly annoyed when there is too much US bashing from others that don't live in this country. Mostly the juvenile name calling/degrading adjectives etc. Valid arguments using statistics are fine by me.

theconservativetreehouse.com/2016/09/11/clinton-campaign-cancels-montue-events-in-california-flashback-video-from-dr-drew-pinsky-questioning-hillary-health-in-august/Hillary Clinton is finished. The DNC and the mainstream press have a narrow and quickly closing window to stop repeating Clinton campaign statements as fact, and clear up the health issue credibly once and for all-- or acknowledge that Hillary Clinton is in late-stage neurological breakdown of some kind (what she exhibits is almost exactly the same as a family member of ours who died from vascular dementia. He died almost a year to the date of the beginning of this level of symptoms- which Hillary has been exhibiting since August). Right now, the mainstream press and the DNC urgently need to end the Clinton campaign, figure out their own PR reasoning for how it went on this long and came this far with zero vetting (their best answer) or start working on the cover up of the failed vetting process they knew about (the worst, but likeliest case). Otherwise, this won't be a candidate in collapse- it will be a full blown, party-wide collapse (which I've been noting the Democrats are in the middle of since 2008. I made a prediction then which is still right-- we just don't know the timing: the Democratic party has jumped the shark. The nomination, and subsequent election of Obama is not something any party could possibly survive. It was the affirmation that they're no longer a serious party, but merely an infrastructure with a name which has been hijacked by lunatics.)

Hillary Clinton has zero chance of winning. None.
Though a lot of time, money, and other resources have gone into perpetuating the total fiction that is the Clinton campaign-- that all ended yesterday.
Get ready for #TrumpLandslide2016. Trump is winning, and will win an astonishing popular and electoral victory.
Earthquake. Tsunami. Whatever you want to call it-- it's coming.
Basically, by dragging Hillary this far- the Democrats are now in a living nightmare: Donald Trump is running virtually un-opposed. Kind of like when Obama took out his opponents via unsealed court docs, and when JFK, Jr. died in that plane crash giving Hillary the Senate seat...

JFKJ died due to gross negligence for a VFR pilot. only an idiot would have flown that day. most of us VFR pilots think to themselves after reading a description of the conditions during his crash "that guy deserved to die" without saying it outloud- but i will do so now, at the risk of appearing insensitive to the very idea of death. flying is very unforgiving to brazen stupidity. and what is this about "court docs"?

You really need to stop reading mostly RW media. JFK Jr. wasn't running for any office, he was busy with his magazine George.

And even if JFK Jr. was running for the senate seat (which he wasn't), he died on July 16, 1999. The NY primary for the senate seat was September 12, 2000, almost 14 months after his death. Kennedy would have had plenty of time to compete against Clinton had he lived. Just more nonsense from paul.

When I read of JFK Jr.s death, and the weather conditions that he flew in I too was appalled. I couldn't believe that anyone had the power to summon weather like that, but clearly HRC has supernatural powers, no doubt due to her demonic wheeling and dealing at a truly hellular level. Shocking, really. I think there might not be an exaggeration you can make that some to most Trump supporters will not believe if it fits into their belief system. Found an article that had a decent point. Most Trump supporters know he is an asshole. So far the thing that has hurt him the most was criticizing the Gold Star parents.
www.redstate.com/streiff/2016/07/22/shock.-donald-trump-brothers-children-cut-fathers-will-reneged-promised-support-payments/
Donald Trump had helped draft the will. At the time, Freddy Trump’s children sued, claiming Donald Trump and his siblings had used “undue influence” over their grandfather, who had dementia.
Donald retaliated by withdrawing the medical benefits he had promised to his nephew’s infant son, who suffered from seizures that led to cerebral palsy, according to the Times.
“I was angry because they sued,” Trump told the Times.
No matter what you tell us he did, we know. It is already baked in our view of Trump. His supporters are going to laugh about this and cheer on Trump for cutting a great deal and punishing losers, like his brother and his family. The only way you can hurt Donald Trump's image is to find that he was secretly giving money to Mother Theresa.

Shocking, really. this is precisely it. visibility was TERRIBLE. there are two things he COULD have done: 1) he could have turned around and landed. 2) he MIGHT have been able to "overfly" and ask for flight following. he did neither. that man was an imbecile.

My father passed with vascular dementia and had no such symptoms. There is also no evidence of any "late-stage neurological breakdown" in anything we've seen from Mrs. Clinton. For Pete's sake, cut it out with the amateur medical diagnoses, paul. It's ludicrous!

this is what the right wing echo chamber sounds like.
i tuned into our local AM radio station, which would be right wing were this not California (they are pretty centrist), and they expressed concern for Clinton's health but did NOT engage in any hyperbole.
i would call that responsible. i would bet that the more right wing sites are on fire right now, tho.

To paraphrase - "In the Bizarro world of "htraE" ("Earth" spelled backwards), society is ruled by the Trump Bizarro Code which states "Us do opposite of all Earthly things! Us hate beauty! Us love ugliness! Is big crime to make anything perfect on Bizarro World!"

RW radio here is full of it. They all repeat the same stuff, and each in turn makes it a bit more outlandish. I tune in occasionally, just to get a bellyful and to hear what they are spouting. It is dizzying. That and to hear Howie Carr's "Chump line". The danger for these people, is that if they repeat it enough they start to actually believe the most ridiculous stuff, and live in a sort of alternate reality. The kicker is, of course, that none of it is real. It is like Karl Rove and his poll projections come election day 2012. It leads to nasty surprises and collisions with the only real reality at some point. In the meantime it can be deafeningly loud. Try to see the humor of it. I read a good description of this phenomenon over the weekend. The far right and the far left are like two people approaching a castle. One has only ever read Harry Potter books. The other has only ever read Game of Throne books. Both look at the castle and see two completely different things.
Used to be, when I was a small broad, we watched 3 channels and PBS (which I don't think had any news or political commentary at the time). The three news channels had very similar news programs. Most of us read a single newspaper (only larger cities had several papers) so we read homogenized news, too. Now, with the internet, we have some people who live on a diet of Rush and Fox and Breitbart and have a totally different view from those who live off of Salon and Mother Jones. There is no common middle ground that both sides agree is 'real' anymore.
For those of us who live in the middle, both extremes seem out of touch, but for those people who live on the ends, theirs is the only universe they think exists.

Love Game of Thrones and Harry Potter.
More importantly, while I know both Star Trek and Star Wars I know which one is most likely to evolve.... Firefly.
The issue is being able to appropriately identify the empire, the alliance... the bands of rebels...

OK, let us have a moment of candor. Who is ready, regardless of their political views, or support for a particular candiate, to admit that the odds of Trump becoming the next President just got better?
RCP is now Clinton 45.8% to Trump 43.4% - Clinton + 2.4% nationally and the electoral map prediction just went from a 75 vote lead for Clinton to a 55 vote lead.
I used to have a source- that sadly, quit- but that had the county by county polling. I wish I could find that because this race is going to come down to 7 or 8 counties if it is a traditional race- then you could chuck these national polls and statewide polls and get down to the nitty gritty.
