You continue to send me requests for candy crush, despite the fact that I made it abundantly clear that I don't play the stupid game! you know you can block games and apps, right? Blocking didn't work for a while, but I did finally manage to block it. These are just requests that get sent to me, I see no option to block the requests. Is there an option to block requests on the full website version?

I'm such a lousy FB person. I basically read/reply to what others post. I have the same profile picture since beginning and only added background picture this year (is that what you call it?) But I did post something this year and someone actually made a comment "NNP actually posted something" My life is way to dull to have anything to post and I'm way to private - don't want the law finding me!!

My name is oped. I'm a FB d-bag. I like to post funny conversation tidbits and occasionally pictures of my food... You can still be my FB friend if you want to... I have never thought your posts were bad/annoying in any sense or form.

Does FB have a section for the technologically retarded? I never update my photo since I literally can't. I never post pictures because they won't stick. Cut and paste is an illusion so there are never any clips posted by me. I can't even figure out how to contact someone I know on FB. Generally the computer and I hate each others guts. It is a given that one or the other of us is going to eventually succeed in destroying the other. This is me and my computer manual: This is me working with my computer security hardware: This is me attempting to download or move a file: Here is my PC and I trying to sign on to facebook Here is my computer when I want to know where my attached photo went: What I see when I hit the "help icon I dunno.....could I be a FB d-bag??

You might be an FB d bag if you post pictures of you and your friends donating baked goods to the hospice, dropping off food for the food bank or wrapping the gifts you are giving to a needy family.

I hate the people that post LONG dissertation like updates. You know, where I have to click the see more thing to finish reading. If you are typing that much, don't post it as your status update. I have one FB friend who, every time he posts, writes a book!! I'd hide/block this friend but it's my DH! He doesn't get it....

I don't have a FB and I'm perfectly content. On the flip side of that, I am always the last to know things. Yup i know the feeling, but that's okay.

Photos of people an their cars. DH is a member of several car clubs, and has friended a lot of people in his clubs. So now we get photos of them grinning like idiots, standing or sitting by their cars, driving their cars, fixing their cars or posting about their cars. I want to run over some of these people with their cars. Enough already.

#3 You take pictures of your meals and post them. No one wants to see the tuna sandwich you had for lunch or the pizza you ate for dinner. No one. Probably only your momma and your spouse even really care if you ate at all today. WRONG!!! DDs friend makes sandwiches looking like work of art and we all love to see it. And I do not have a FB. She just sends it to us by txt

You post how much you love your husband and your husband posts how much he loves you. This one pisses me off the most, why do you feel the need to constantly fill your post with how much you love your "hot sexy wife" when in reality no one cares. Do you think her sisters and mother really need to read how you "gave it to her good last night". Ahhhhh, nothing like having white trash relatives.

SIL is funny - she thinks the anti-vaxers are nuts and constantly posts stuff about it, but then turns around and tells the world how awesome her EOs are and why everyone should buy them from her Yet her kids are always sick. The carseat posts. Ughgh. The mom who whines about any daycare that costs more than $20/day and wonders why she can't find a good place for her child. Many suggested she just SAH if daycare was too expensive since her wages were so low. Then she posts asking for leads on jobs that pay $50k/yr, yet in the comments admits she doesn't have a college degree (dropped out two classes shy!).

OMG that reminds me. I'm part of this "mommy group" on Facebook (don't ask me why, a friend got me into it and now I keep it in the feed mostly for entertainment). I swear to God, 95% of the women in that group are a few walnuts short of a cookie.
Jaw dropping posts that come to mind include (paraphrased from memory):
-(Picture of a 3 year old quite obviously having a HORRIBLE allergic reaction) My son seems to be having some trouble breathing and he's got this awful rash all over. I gave him strawberries for the first time a couple of hours ago. Do I need to take him to the doctor?
-Does anyone know where to get free diapers? I have four kids ages 15, 10, 3 and 1.
-(Picture of a kid with a HUGE gash in her head, her blonde hair is all bloody) Do you guys think my daughter needs stitches? I have some Superglue I usually use on cuts but this one won't stop bleeding.
-[Ranty post about her job and how much she hated her coworkers.] Five hours later: I'm so upset and crying right now. I got fired because someone copied my earlier post and sent it to my boss. Beware ladies, this forum is not as private as you think it is!
-Do you think my MIL would be offended if I asked for proof of her vaccinations before letting her watch my son? She said she was up to date but she didn't even know what whooping cough was so I'm not sure I believe her and just want to make sure.
Those are just the ones I remember best. Every other day someone posts a dumbass question about their kids (or a totally unrelated dumbass question about how to deal with their in-laws).

There is a "You Might be a Redneck" joke in there somewhere. . .
Does anyone know where to get free diapers? I have four kids ages 15, 10, 3 and 1
I'm too scared to ask if the diapers are just for the one year old.

That one was annoying. I understand that sometimes we all fall on hard times but... come on... you're on your fourth reproduction and didn't already know how much diapers cost?
Here's one from just today (direct quote):
"Help!!! I have three very sick kids and I'm been here and need a doc their ages are 11,9 and 6 Thank you"
Last week:
"Hello moms. Please suggest a good tablet for my 2 yrs old. TIA"

Well if she potty trained the 15, 10 and 3 year old she wouldn't need free diapers.

Firebird - I bet my other SIL is in that group. LOL! I told the kids group, but last week SIL took my nephew to the Dr to check and see if he had shaken baby syndrome. Because my mom put him in his snowsuit and had to bounce him down in it because he's so big, and the kid cried because he didn't want to get in the carseat. So crying baby + snowsuit ordeal had to be SBS, right? She's an idiot.
I had hidden both of my SILs and enjoyed the break from the drama. But then got busted at a family gathering where everyone else was talking about some story they had shared on FB and I had no idea (because I had admitted that I saw stories from other people...my family is so weird). I added them back for the entertainment value mainly.

Advil PM, with a chaser of Nyquil. Knocks the little bugger right out for the night. Oh, wrong kind of tablet. Sorry, my bad. (This is why I don't have kids).

And speaking of FB d-bags: A Clearwater woman is accused of slapping her 72-year-old grandmother multiple times over a Facebook snub. Rachel Anne Hayes, 27, of Clearwater was at her grandmother’s house Wednesday evening when their argument over Facebook turned physical, according to a Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office arrest report. The cause of the argument: Her grandmother wouldn't accept her friend request. “In the midst of the argument, the defendant slapped the victim multiple times on the side of her face without the victim’s permission,” the report says.
