Twatwaffle: Scottish Lassie says it's the "Southern" version of Douchecanoe. It does have almost a British sound to it, and the Urban Dictionary does have a rather gross definition for it. There is also Twatwaffle Island, which is where trolls are banished. though the #2 definition is great: twatwaffle twatwaffle (twat-wah-full): n.1 An elitist; someone unaware of their own limitations and highly critical of others. n.2 A general prick. See: douchebag, n00b. v.1 To ban; to totally pwn. "That Tom Cruise is such a twatwaffle." or... "I was twatwaffled by @blue-Six....it hurt, a lot."

Don't think this one needs an explanation, folks. It's like great art: you know it when you see it.

Old-timey is not a new term. And I'm pretty sure Charlotte MacLeod used it in one of her books.

As in:
Would be nice if his victims had ganged up on him, pulled his pants down, and Richard slapped him until their "curiosity" was satisfied.

Captain Saveaho -
Goes along with White Knight Syndrome. Usually applied to men who want to fix things in a woman's life by paying her bills, as long as they get to fix her life as well by dictating how she should live that life and how she is currently living it all wrong.
If the genders were reversed, it would be:

Combination of Photo and nightmare, courtesy of Taz. Can be used to describe the horror you feel when you have to pose for photos at family functions, or the pain of being left out of those photos.

Heard a good one yesterday. While their predicament was unfortunate, one woman's comment was funny.
The other day, and I believe it was in the Detroit area, they had heavy thunderstorms which caused quite a bit of road flooding, including roads leading to Detroit's airport. Many people driving to the airport to be dropped off or catching flights themselves, had to abandon their vehicles due to the flooding and walk through flood water to reach the airport. Many carried their luggage in their arms.
One woman said she and her family were VonTrapping it to reach the airport.
