[GAIN DISH LIQUID: What do you all think about this product?
I have a ton of this and I'm not excited about it. Like Dawn much better. Gain doesn't seem to keep the bubbles going. Do you like it?

I found a 10.00/50.00 Q for Lowe's. And free Hunt's ketchup wyb Hebrew National hot dogs. It's on my blog.

mandyms - check 'Home made simple'. You just need to sign up & they'll send you a booklet. There's always a $1/1 Dawn Hand renewal Q. Kathy - I'm with you on the Gain. Don't care for it at all. I prefer Dawn & Palmolive. MM cards at RA - I've been buying the 99c cards with only in-ad Q. Got 20% discount, so 60c overage. The Man Q is not valid on 99c cards, but we don't even need those. Maybe I should go to RA again for more free cards And the Nescafé is even more fun. I've bought 27 packs over the past 2 days. I haven't used my $1.50/3 Q yet. I'm saving those for when the Nescafe goes back to normal price. With the Q, it will still be a MM.

I think I agree that the Gain dish soap is not as effective as Dawn, but it may be a great substitute for liquid hand soap like Soft Soap. I was really surprised; I expected it to be pretty good. Good thing I didn't spend any money on it.

OMG, I just read on another thread that Hershey is raising their prices on chocolate by 9-10% effective immediately.
What chocolate do you have stockpiled?
I have a ton of snicker's bars, (15) medium bags of M&Ms, (1) 6-pack Hershey chocolate bars for s'mores, (3) bags of Kit Kats, and several bags of Hershey Bliss.

Oh, DancinMama, I have so much chocolate it is ridiculous. I have an entire chocolate cabinet. I put my chocolates in jars that I've washed out - I have 'em all lined up, like an old fashioned candy store. And yet, I constantly buy new chocolate - whatever I'm in the mood for at the moment. Now you've given me an excuse to buy more...heeheehee

GAIN DISH LIQUID: What do you all think about this product?
I have bought and used the Gain dish soap. It's not as thick as the Dawn, therefore I use more. But if it's free, it's for me. I have a ton of little Dawn and Gain bottles stockpiled. The last Q's we received were the $3.00 and the $1.00 ones. Our Dollar General will take the $1.00 Q's for the dish soap. I have a few to use up today before they expire.
I have a friend who is very picky and I offered her one of my bottles. She wasn't going to take it because she uses something else, but I asked her if she couldn't use it to scrub off her porch or something. Since doing my hounding, I've become less picky myself on many things. I don't think I've ever bought a Dixie paper plate before Rite Aid started have such good deals, and now I have a lot of them.

I stocked up on the Gain dish soap since the $1/1 coupons worked at WAGS. We don't use dish soap much, but my MIL & BIL do not have dishwashers, so they go through it pretty quickly. Figured so long as it was free (well, actually a slight MM), may as well use up the coups!

The Tena and Polygrip rebates at Rite Aid next week are both limit 2. Thanks FrugalSuz! I didn't realize, so was just going to buy 1. Also, a question: I see you have a reference to a Polygrip VV March Q on your website. I don't see that Q in my VV Rewards. I thought I watched all the March videos, but maybe not? And thanks for the link to the pdf of the Polygrip Q. I feel like I am getting weirder & weirder - getting stashes of stuff I won't use ... well until I'm 80 anyway. But next time I see my Dad...free Polygrip for him!

Today is Friends & Family Day at WAG. Caveat NOT printed on coupon is that you MUST check out in cosmetics or photo. When I asked about this a time/3 ago I was told those were the only registers w/the proper key( ). Wish I remembered which store had the good beauty advisor but I do not think it was any of the 3 in my town. I don't think with the new coupons that you actually need to go to Beauty or Photo anymore. I was just at Wags (basically did a rinse & repeat of the transaction I had done earlier in the week with a few changes) and they checked me out at the main register. But don't quote me on that.

Great trip to Kroger...Dial liquid hand soap 10/$10, use .35 q which is doubled for .30 each, and $1 off Honey Bunches of Oats with Raisins (sale price 1.88) for per box cost of .88! I have three nephews that seem to eat their weight each day, so the cereal is destined for them.
Small money maker at RA (I am at the 20% discount level): Almay cosmetics 40% off, buy 2 get a $5 SCR (April, 1 per household). I got 2 tubes of mascara for 4.19 each, used (2) $2 off Almay cosmetics q, and can submit for $5 back! The Revlon tools can also be a good deal this week at 40% off if you have the IP coupons for $2...I got 2 nice pairs of tweezers for about $3.50 after +up and q's. No survey on this receipt...I was getting them on every one for a while there!

herekitty: Did you just get those today??? I sent those last Friday, so they would hopefully get to you before the IPs expired. I am so unhappy with my local P.O., they aren't worth the stamp any more........

I was out of town yesterday and today, so they were here when I got home...no problem, I think they are all fine! Know what you mean about the P.O. My nephew sent a hand-made invitation to us for a "special people" day at his school...all I got was part of the envelope with a "thanks for your understanding" note from the Postmaster. The only way I knew it was from one of the boys was a fragment of child-like handwriting on the address. There was not much left to it!

I had a priority (signature required) package go missing. It had vital information in it, and they could only track it as far as the Birmingham, AL P.O. Did they call to check on it, nope. They gave me the number and a couple of questions to ask, and all they could tell me is that they couldn't locate it. No refund ($19 for a priority mailer), just a too sad, too bad. That's why I luv my FedEx guy. ;D

Hello Ladies ... I have odd question.. A coupon from an Insert can not be applied towards an online purchase? Or can it? picghaw: Coupons that can be used for online purchases usually have a code that you have to enter for the discount. Most insert coupons do not have such a code. Sometimes there will be an "advertisement" in the inserts that will provide an online discount code (like those you see to order checks, etc.). HTH

I did quite a bit of shopping this week, but nothing anyone hasn't already listed. I did have my first run-in at WAGs. I had a $3.00 Secret Clinical Strength Q and wanted to use it on the $2.99 travel size to get the spend $10/$3 RR deal. I asked the Asst Mgr about adjusting my Q down to $2.99 and he said no but he would go talk to the manager. I wait and about 5 min later he comes back and says, "Well the manager FEELS.... blah blah blah and we don't want to abuse the coupons...blah blah blah" I explained and showed him their policy, but he wouldn't budge. I lost out on the $3 RR's because I put it back and grabbed a regalar secret. My total was $9.96 DUH!!! That doesn't equal $10. After a call to corporate, I received a call from the store manager. He, of course, would take my Q's and train his staff but no offer to give me the RR's or do anything else to make it right. Hopefully this doesn't start to be a problem there.
