Battling the flu and mind not working properly. Are the Physician's Formula scenarios posted for Rite Aid? Never mind. I see it's CVS. So from Frugal's site - $6.99 and use $5 IP + $7EB back = MM Has anyone received a $6 CRT from the red machine? If so, can that be used also?

Wags alert: If you are doing the travel size deal, "spend $10, get $3 RR", DO NOT USE A P&G RR TO PAY. I'm not sure why, maybe because most of the travel size items that are included in the deal ar P&G products, but, when I did the deal today, I paid with a $4 Always RR (which doesn't SAY what it's from) and the new RR did not print. When they re-rang it without the Always RR, the new RR printed. So, caution! It's a pretty decent deal, especially tomorrow with the 15% Friends and Family discount. The $2 Secret Clinical Q's expire tomorrow, from the last P&G. They were 2.99 at my store, so, buy 4 for 11.96, 10.76 with discount, use 4 $2 MC's and your total is 2.76 OOP and you get a $3 RR.
The Nescafe coffee sticks are 2/2, and there is a $4 RR wyb 4, so, already free, but there is also a MC in the 2/13 inserts PLUS both times I did it today, I received a cat for 1.50/3 which worked fine on my next purchase and still got the $4 RR, so, a pretty good MM.

I went back to WAGS this morning because it is right on the way to work. I bought: 2 Always Maxi Reg #22 (purple package) 2 packages for $6.00 2 Colgate 2 for $6.00 2 Skintimate 2 for $4.00
1 aluminum foil 69 cents (in-store coupon)
Minus:$10.00 RR from TENA
2 $1.00 off Always MQ's (from blinkie machines at RA). 2 $1.50 Colgate Total MQ's 2 .55 cents MQ's for the Skintimates
Subtotal .59 OOP TAX $1.46 Total OOP: $2.05 paid for with my WAGS GC (fading fast, LOL).
Received : $2.00 from Skintimates, $4.00 from Colgate, and $4.00 from P and G for the Always pads, all RR's.
See how the $10.00 TENA with the old expiration date is virtually "exchanged" for the other 3 RRs with the new date.
Yes, I paid 59 cents in OOP plus tax, but I received 7 products that I needed/wanted.
I don't have the energy to go back later this week. I am happy with my haul.
I want to get ready for Rite Aid, since my stores starts he new ads on Fridays. I think I want to buy the TENA for the SCR, then the scunchi and the poligrip.
Does anyone (Dancinmama perhaps), have a scenario for me? I am still tired and need my life to be simple, yet want a few deals.

Hey ladies,
Went to CVS to check out the PF Mascara and I received a 4$/20 CRT on one card. On the other card, I received it at the bottom of the receipt. So if you dont get it in the machine, try buying something to see if it will trigger the 4/20. It's valid only for 3 days. HTH

I also stopped in at Safeway (next door to CVS) to check their stock of the Hormel pork tenderloin and Farmland bacon. I also picked up a loaf of Safeway French toast bread so I can make DH French toast this weekend. It was on sale for $1.50.

Mercee, so do you buy BP gift cards from Copps too to get more fuel perks? I pay for my gas with the gift card and also, I good thing is that sometimes I don't hit the $25 reqd limit, the gift card purchase comes in useful. Other examples, if I am ordering from Pizza Hut, I get my gift card first. I never thought of getting BP gift cards for more fuel perks! Can you tell me more details? I've not heard of it... I've always hit the $25 limit (I just started this back in Jan though so my stockpile isn't built up) - I plan my trips very anally carefully. There was once that I didn't hit the limit, I almost panic'd but told hubby to grab a pack of gum & then I hit the limit. I've heard of people buying Copps gift cards to hit the limit. You'd think that somehow they'd put a stop/limit to that.

Friends and Family Day at Walgreens today only.
I thought I'd let you all know. The coupons were in my email. If you want the coupons, just check your email box. My coupons say 15% off of most, and 20% off of Walgreens and W brand products. The usual exclusions, and not good on diapers, baby stuff, electronics, etc. Maybe someone can post a link.
Dancinmama, I forwarded the coupons to you.
Have a great day, Hounds!

I have been locked out for 2 days AGAIN!!@! This will be a LONG post as I have been saving it. To keep my driving down (saving on gas & maintenance) I have scheduled only 2 big driving days this week: Tue and Fri. I will visit my Dad and shop/run errands like paying my real estate taxes in person vs. mailing a check or paying the ‘convenience’ fee for paying online. I am going to try to keep to only 2 drive days/week but that may depend on my Dad’s situation and I may allow myself a controlled driving day (no more than 5 mi rt) or 2/week to hit up GREAT deals, library, FREE lectures, concerts and movies in my town. Since I tend to batch cook and have a TON of homemade ready to reheats in my freezers I have decided that next week I will plan to use these for a number of meals except for fish and maybe a veggie entree. Then I will be ready to go again w/meat loaf, turkey breast and whole chicken. I will probably eat MUCH more red meat than usual since I have several dishes frozen. I have also decided to avoid stopping at a local natl chain grocer that I pass 2-3x/week for a week or 2. I tend to buy clearance meat there and I am WAAAY overstocked on meats. I do need bagels so I will go to at least 1 of my bread outlet stores Fri. I changed my Dr. appt from May to July. I go on Medicare in June and there is NO sense in having to pay 2 deductibles this year. I called my dentist on Mon to dispute my bill. I was billed for 2 exams & 2 cleanings on the SAME date. Office mgr agreed it was an error and fixed it. I have sent for >30 free samples this month. Some I use, some go into gift baskets and some are stocking stuffers for the grandkids. At the historical rate I receive these I should get 9. Found out my Dad now has pneumonia. I could not figure out why he was still in the hospital after > a week. Now I know. Suspect it will be another week. I am SOOO glad it is nearly berry season again. I generally eat plain non-fat yogurt and berries for breakfast 2x/week. I am on the LAST of the bags I froze last summer. Also, I eat cereal & fruit for breakfast 2- 3x/week. I made the bulk oatmeal again today. Changed to using milk instead of water. STILL do NOT like it even after adding sweetener & a BUNCH of cinnamon. I’ll use this container for streusel topping and either return the 2 unopened or just donate them since I did buy w/coupons and my out of pocket was only $0.55 for both. I almost always have fruit as part of my breakfast. I have kept some canned on the shelf for when all fruit is really $$$. I have not used these in YEARS. I am making a concerted effort to use now and will not replace. If I get desperate I can always hit Aldi for a single can. I had a coupon for a $1 bagel & cream cheese at Einsteins. They are in the same strip mall as Trader Joe’s & on the way to see my Dad. Have not been there in 8-10 years. Walked thru and found some items that are even better deals than I currently get and some I just want. Sunflower seeds are $1.69/lb. I pay $1/7.25 oz at Dollar Tree. Frozen berries are cheaper than Aldi. Their prepared pizza dough is 0.99 and save SOOO much time it is on my list. My old friend 2 buck chuck is now $3 but still a good deal for the quality, esp for wines I seldom drink (reds). Today is Friends & Family Day at WAG. Caveat NOT printed on coupon is that you MUST check out in cosmetics or photo. When I asked about this a time/3 ago I was told those were the only registers w/the proper key( ). Wish I remembered which store had the good beauty advisor but I do not think it was any of the 3 in my town. I am going to try to do the Tasters Choice 7ct pkg deal at WAG today BUT since this deal has been all over the net for at least 2 days I suspect all 3 of my local stores will be OOS and there will be NOTHING on the trucks that come in on Fri. I was able to get another set of 3/27 coupon inserts, which gives me another $1 bagel & cream cheese at the place near Trader Joes. I will prob go sometime next week. This time I will probably go there w/ice packs in my cooler and pick up some items. I will also probably try to make nut butter from some of the sunflower seeds I will buy w/my immersion blender.

We get the whole wheat kind, freeze it, thaw in the fridge during the day. Knead it for a couple of mins (easier when it's at room temp), top it with Hunt's tomato sauce from WAGs with some seasonings, cheap shredded cheese and whatever toppings you want. It's done in less than 15 mins for just a few bucks and MUCH quicker and healthier than delivery and the frozen pizzas that are loaded with salt and preservatives. We also like to top ours with BBQ sauce instead of tomato sauce, cheddar/monterey jack and top with chicken or shredded pork for a BBQ pizza. I also find that TJ's has better deals on produce, spices, gourmet cheese, and alot more and we also stock up on wine. Hope your dad gets better soon!

Walgreens F&F: www.walgreens.com/topic/promotion/promotion/friendsandfamily.jsp Came in real handy today; one of my friends is developing a cold and I'd just told her about the Walgreens Zinc tablets. I was able to hand her a coupon and she's quite happy.

Mandyms - do you have any of the home mailer books P&G (blue) or the "organize in Style" - there are better coupons which will make your OOP less for the Mr. Clean, bounty & charmin.....but I think the above is really good too! Good luck! No, I guess I missed the notice on those...had gotten a couple of the P&G booklets late 2009 when I was new to couponing...does P&G run the "buy $50, get a book free" on a regular basis? So far they have been...I think they've offered the rebate 3 or 4 times in the last couple of years. Coupon value varies, but the nice thing about PG is that (1) they allow multiple receipts and (2) they flat-out say that your $50 in purchases can be before coupons discounts. With the kind of drugstore deals that roll around, it's usually pretty easy to rack up $50 before coupons without even trying. You can also sign up for their newsletter here: www.pgeverydaysolutions.com/pgeds/index.jspEvery quarter they have an option of requesting some random free samples and coupons, plus I was able to just request a coupon book late last year that had some really nice values for new products they were pushing.

It's looks like the only coupon insert for this Sunday is the P&G. It is going to have A LOT of coupons in it. $.20/1 Dawn is one of them. Wow, I REALLY excited about that one. NOT!!
EDIT: Okay, I just saw a SS on a different coupon preview. They said that there is also supposed to be a Red Plum, but that no preview had come out on that one.

The coupon values in the Everyday Savings books (the ones we sent $50 in receipts for) are generally (but not always) higher value Qs than what is currently in the inserts: $1/1 Gain Dish Liquid, $.50 Dawn, etc. The "Organize in Style" booklet (I think I signed up for these ones and they now come automatically? ) can be fairly good too. The one before the most recent had a $1/1 Dawn. GAIN DISH LIQUID: What do you all think about this product?

Gain dish liquid...I personally don't care for it. It's very runny and I think you need to use a lot of it to get the same effect from a small squirt of Dawn. Plus the scent is a bit overpowering.
