Sharing the Spirit of Christianity/Evangelizing

I'm aware of the Big Bang theory in your link. That still doesn't cite Christianity as the TRUE religion - read my posts again - it's a spirit or belief within oneself what their faith may or may not be - this is a big world - with many cultures and beliefs - who's to say Christianity is THE only true one?

The ancient tribes of Africa have theirs, and I've listed just a few in previous posts that are followed by many world-wide.

I respect your belief, and I would hope that you respect others'. There is no book or law that states Christianity is THE law of the world.

There were many other religions, cultures and "gods" worshiped long before JC.

That religion is only slightly over 2 thousand years old. Man has walked the earth far longer than that.

I guess evolution is more meaningful to me, since I live near one of the largest dinosaur fossil finds on the plant - and I've seen the exhibits up close and personal - and visited the digs. These massive creatures walked the planet long before you, I or any other human did.

I personally tend to keep an open mind for all scientific evidence or proof of the 'cycle of life' and evolution - as much as I respect others for their belief systems.

I just don't stay so closed-minded to believe that a messiah sacrificed his life to save us and it's "His" god that rules.

The Bible was written by scholars of the time - it's a 'novel' - for lack of better words - beliefs of men centuries ago.

The Bible has also been re-written and interpreted in different forms. I guess the most recognized is the King James Version.

I was raised Protestant - my DH was raised RC - the RC faith does not recognize the New Testament. Who are they do say the NT is false scripture?

Haha, you're not even listing to what I am saying. I have never once said that Christianity was the one true religion. If you want to keep trying to force what you believe on me, that is fine. I will repeat it one more time for the record. Science and historical facts have gone further to explain the existence of God, than ANY religion in the HISTORY of the world has. Logic, is where it's at.

Right, I posted what I believed and then you tried to pick it apart. That's me being hell bent alright..

I gave you examples of your own evolution from a single energy source, and how we are close to discovering the creation of the universe from a single energy source, all scientific facts. Do what you want with the info.

Bottom line, your emotional side doesn't like the answers that I am giving you, which I am used to by now, no worries.

Yes, what started as one(Abraham), has grown into billions and has stood the test of time(5774 years).

I didn't say that Abraham lived 5774 years ago, what I said was that it started with Abraham(a single point), and has stood the test of time. Aka, Roman Genocide, and many other attempts after that...
