"I know I've made some people really angry with me on here. To be honest, I find it funny that anyone on here would get upset (I mean REALLY upset!) over what a random poster says. I'm not talking about people that I have buit Freindshios wih but posters that don't know me from Adam.
And if someone goes crazy on me, I have fun with it. Doesn't make me a troll...."
I can only recall twice I got angry/upset on this message board. Once towards SuziQ (an old poster on the old board) and once towards Tennesseer. Both times I regained control of my emotions fairly quickly. I'm not saying those folks were necessarily trolling, but those are the only two times I can recall someone really getting under my skin.

I have seen people post like a million times, about "emotional" responses - like it's some kind of bad thing. It isn't a bad thing that a person is emotional about something they believe in - whether it's here or in real life. If people think calling me "emotional" in an insult, they better try again. I think some people consider it some kind of stupid "win" if they elicit emotional responses. The person who is vested enough in something to get emotional is the poster I'll most respect as far as their opinions. ETA: Response to post #15. For some reason, my quote thingie didn't quote. I don't know. Generally I try to separate my emotions from my opinions when I argue them. I guess it depends on how one "emotionally" argues a point. There's a difference between being passionate and being hysterical.

Meh - I've come to know more than a few people on here (and the old MSN boards) and communicated with several (both privately through PMs here, and through e-mails - and shared pics, stories, and history with them - and them with me). I've also met a few in person.
If some random poster wants to insult or say something rude to me, I let it roll off my back now and consider them someone I'm glad is not involved in my real life and certainly not worth getting upset about.
The vast majority are random strangers behind a computer monitor. Not worth getting gray hairs over.

That's why there's ignore. I have two on them and it seems another but how she got there, no clue, but I don't care enough about what she posts to try to figure it out. Helps my blood pressure.

I was replying to you bitching about your kids not getting the education they deserve....of course I talked about them specifically. Much like you specifically talked about my daughter... Seriously, I'm done replying to you. Now you are going to nit pick my posts....don't you have anything else to make up about my marriage this time? I talked about your daughter because you kept bringing her up specifically. And really it's time to let the marriage thing go. You told us you guys were separated for a while. I mentioned it once, over a year ago. Let it go already. Life is too short to hold internet grudges for that long. Internet people don't get under your skin anyway, remember? You just told us that in this thread? You specifically lied about me (you have absolutely no idea why I was separated but kept insisting that there were trust issues and other nonsense...none of which were true)...that is a pure definition of being a troll. I have never once lied about you. I never had to...you air your dirty laundry while I don't. I will continue to point out that you make shit up until you stop making shit up. I can debate a point without having to lie.....apparently you can't.

The other one was just annoying the shit out of me so I posted something that I thought was funny but that I knew she wouldn't take well...she didn't surprise me
Overall, I don't try to intentionally upset someone. I have strong opinions and will keep posting them. Sometimes I do have to take a step back and realize that the person on the other end of the screen has feelings. I have a thick skin when it comes to people I don't know and don't care about. If half the shit said to me on here was said by a real life friend I would be very upset. Random internet people dont' have the power to truly upset me...not that I don't think people are jackasses and deserve a Karma smackdown. But I'm sure many people on here think the same about me

I've had some posters get really vicous about me. It's never fun to read someone saying extremely rude and crude things but the part that creeped me out were the things they would say they would like to do to me. Violent stuff. That would make me a bit twitchy. I'm far away from most posters on this board but when someone gets that out there you're not really sure how crazy they are. Sammy once researched a guy I had banned and found out that he was recently out of prison. I was glad he was American and couldn't cross the boarder

I was told that. DF has an Asian DIL that refers to herself as oriental, so I did, and was quickly corrected by this board. And we're sure it's not the blind leading the blind? I mean we're talking about a board that blows up over whether pop should be called "soda" or "Coke". Your mispronounce POP!!!

I've seen people get hysterical on this board. You post something and they don't agree so they get all mad and start making up crap and posting stuff that doesn't make any sense. You can actually envision their little fingers pounding on the keyboard! For example: GEL: "I am Pro-Life." Other poster: "Oh great! You want babies to be abused, starved and left to die in dumpters! How nice!" Most of the time it makes me laugh, but on a bad day, my fingers pound, too! Nobody is above getting emotional - whether they admit it or not.

Are you DELUSIONAL?!?! As much shit as the Desperate Housewives or pink ladies or whatever talks about people behind their backs?? I guess that's different though then intentionally upsetting someone... You really need to worry about your source of information more than the pink ladies/mean girls/whatever. Just sayin.........

You have not been the subject of conversation between the Pink Ladies or whatever you want to call us other than "Ratchets seems like a nice guy" or "Ratchets is kind of grumpy today."
If I have something to say to you, I will tell you.

You really need to worry about your source of information more than the pink ladies/mean girls/whatever. Just sayin......... My source of information was her, because I asked her about it. "her" may not be telling the truth.
I have no idea what was allegedly said, or when it was said, but I'm telling you, you have never been the subject of major conversation other than the passing stuff I mentioned previously.

Why would miss tequila lie to make herself look bad? I dunno. I'll ask her.
Thanks for your input.

Lol Swamp, it's not like it's a big secret or anything! I think it's pretty common knowledge around the forums... I'm confused.
I'm out. I'm not looking to air dirty laundry here, but I wanted to make it clear I have not been trash talking you with my friends.

No worries, I hadn't heard you were part of it. Or that it was about me. I defend my friends though, just like you do yours. Hey, I know MU can be a funny guy and all but I don't think his Dad would even defend him!

Well, you should know what the group is because it includes you and three other people who talk shit about the rest of the people in your Facebook club and the forums here behind their backs. Obviously Swamp isn't one of the 4-5 people included which is why she didn't know what was going on. A few of them happen to be my friends, people I've had in my house and met from here. Etc...so I took offense to it when I heard about it (from two different people), and asked her if it was true. I hope that clears up some of the cypric-ness for you. WHAT?!? Did you all start a group without me??!?

I was asking what "the group" was? It was curiosity more than anything. You're being accusatory and cryptic all at the same time...

And I would like to add that even if you did, it's none of my business. I was trying to be funny. One of my favorite sayings is "It's none of your business what others think of you". It really helps one rise above things you can't control anyway.
