Yup, we could take our country back from the TBTF banks and corporations. That would be a wonderful cause to help the country.

We are in a Depression. Banks won't survive past August 16th. Ask yourself WHY you would make your mortgage payment on August 1 when we are likely to default on our debts after not raising the debt ceiling on August 2? Holding on to your mortgage payment until the 15th, forces banks to operate on their OWN CASH for a half a month. Want to bet on how many cannot? They borrowed money from the Fed and turned around and lent it back to them at a higher rate. Neither the source nor the investment exist any longer. They don't have performing portfolios of credit any longer. Where then do they make money? The markets? Same story as the Fed; get the picture?

The Fed will simply give them the money they need behind our backs and later tell us it had to be done. With what we know now, congress should be suspended for failure to represent the people of the United States.

Currently it is nothing more than a meaningless show for the world to see and for one party to one up the other. While in the background, not the House, not the Senate, Not the President but instead the real world leader Ben Bernanke has already got the debt ceiling plan in place. What Ceiling? is what I see from my seat in the theater

There is light now at the end of this nightmare tunnel-- for MILLIONS of families in America and hopefully it will spread around the world. I think lots of leaders are getting the message... when a numbers person breathes something in your ear- turn and beat the hell out of them until they pass out from the pain. It's about keeping ALL the People employed, FAMILY-sustaining jobs, making corporate leaders start from scratch and rise if they have the skills to do so, not the ability to get a free pass to the top, to use a military for DEFENSE not corporate crusades (oil) and have everyone running for Office say the Pledge of Allegiance first, then recite EVERY LAW in the Land. If no one can, scrap that crap and start fresh so the next group can. We're all done with a New World Order, Organized Crime and Buy-able Career Politicians... I think, I hope.
