tloonya, ![](http://syonidv.hodginsmedia.com/vsmileys/thumbsup.png) Sounds like you are well covered. About your crying and being too upset to work in your business. Contact your Doctor about it and explain to the Doctor. How upset you are. Sounds like you might have a post traumatic reaction to your accident. Make sure, you document all of your expenses and hours. Take care. ![:)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/smiley.png)

OK, guys, my physical therapy has ended and my menthal is still going on. However lawyer told me that old bat had no insurance but luckily we had never skimmed on insurance and we have all these uninsured/underinsured covered. I want to ask if she had no insurance will my insurance who paid for all this therapies will sue her personally? That is what my lawyer said and he said it is beautifull! I didn't get what is but hadn't ask. And will my insurance go up?

If you made the claim under your insurance, chances are your rates will go up even though you were not at fault.

WHy would my rate go up if I wasn't even driving? That is always been a mistery for me. I thought they will be reimbursed by another insurance but they are probably going to have to sue her ass and lose some more monery, right? And they will make me pay for it, right?

Your insurance rates are based on lots of things. Your driving record, your credit score, your claim history, and probably lots of other stuff. If one of them changes, in this case your claim history, then your rates could change.
