Long MOH (Molina Healthcare Inc.- Healthcare Providers and Services)

This pick is another earnings momentum play. It beat estimates last quarter and expectations for next quarter and next year have been raised. I think it is likely other analysts will increase their estimates in the near future. The stock price also has broke above trendline resistance. I consider the stocks this screen produces to be high risk but have potential for high rewards short term.

An interesting chart on this stock; closed Friday at $13.85
Started this uptrend on 8/15/12 at a little over $2. per share.
Will the momentum last another 5 days? I'll let you know Friday.

I just noticed this thread. Are you buying these stocks or are you just buying them on paper? Just curious. Does it work to buy and sell 5 days later?

Basically, this is a stock picking game by interested individual investors. They may own the stock or they may not. Some use it for testing their stock selection skill, Long or Short, depending on their thoughts for the market in the week ahead. Entries must be made prior to the weekly market open.

Any interested party my enter if they desire to participate. New members are very welcome. You can go Long or Short any stock, there are no fees or monies involved...pick your stock and see how it goes for the week. You can enter a new stock or run the same "horse" week after week... it's up to the participant (we jokingly refer to this as a horse race). The basic rules are contained in the original first post each week by clarkrl2 who is the "manager" of the contest. You are most welcome to join us.

D.I.,...........I've had some of the same thoughts recently; I don't see how the results of today's election can possibly be good for the bulls. We'll certainly know in the coming hours/days/weeks/ or months.....

The Dow is down about 280 at the moment; and earlier this morning, of the Dow 30 Indust., only one was in the green; 29 in the red.

But CBIS (Cannisbis Science,Inc.) this morning was up about 13%;
& still is.... that might indicate what future we're now looking at.
I'm thinking about taking some "sick leave"...

As usual, TPI most likely a one day wonder... third place only because of the general sell off. This U.S. listed Chinese pharmaceutical is really a "buy and pray" 21-24 month shot for a 4X return from a current 0.64 price. Not for the risk-averse investor. Rolling the dice...

The market has obviously been turned over to the bears; Point & Figure chart on the Dow Indust. had
a triple bottom breakdown today (very bearish). I think it's going to be a "traders market" for sometime;.....not for "Investors"...but I've been wrong many times before.
