You're in Saskatchewan, aham?
Head slightly west and you'll be in my neck of woods (Alberta).
Golf courses here are outstanding!
There's some pretty awesome ones nestled right in the midst of Rockies:
Kananaskis Country Golf Course/Mt Kidd for Example:
Nothing like the majestic Rockies as a backdrop for the links:

I am a Saskatchewanian.... We are going out your way this summer for a little trip.. Kananaskis country, or as I like to call it "Gods country", is one of my favorite places. I haven't been able to play golf there yet, but the lodge is awesome! There is a Stanley Thompson at the Banff Springs that I was lucky enough to be able to play when I was there in high school with my parents, but aside from there and the Northern Bear, I haven't played much in AB. I'm looking forward to trips with the kids as the get older though that is for sure.

Nice choice on Fl though Q, I'm guessing you will have a "hoot".. SL, I hope that you and your family are out of the way of the disaster that is hitting Calgary right now...

Are you alright up there in God's country? We don't get a lot of news here in "if it didn't happen here, it didn't happen" country, but I understand Calgary and points west are rapidly being washed to Hudson's Bay. Banff is cut off, Kananaskis area is under water and downtown Calgary has been evacuated due to the Bow and Elbow rivers.
Anything we can do to help ?
