I'm back!
Had a great time in the Orlando area. Spent time with friends. Played LOTS of golf. Ate great food. Out-ran (drove actually) one tornado. Got too much sun. Got rained on (didn't see any rainbows though). Drank way too much beer. Watched a gator consume it's dinner from the 18th tee-box on the last round of my trip. (That was very cool by-the-way).

So what'd I miss here while I was away?

Thanks for the thought, sunrnr. No ONE person can bring eveything to a "grinding hault" ... unless of course you hack someone's twitter account and post false reports that gullible people swallow up as fact   ... but I digress.

... and some people are saying it was the computer that bought the false story of twitter.   Perhaps the hack was done by computer in the first place....

Those HFT machines are pretty gullible . No human trade can have that fast of an impact on the market.

ZeroHedge has a pretty skewed view of things I find fun, not to mention they have a pretty terrible track record.  Without the consumer there is no CB.

It's going good for sure, thanks hope it's the same for you.    I hear ya, when it comes right down to it I'm a little bearish on 2013.  I just think that it's important to always keep in mind that our economy is 70% consumer spending, a lot of which is just the basics in life.  I hear ya about how much help the economy has had over the last few years and up until this point though.

NP fun, nice pic btw.  I understand where you are coming from for sure, I also have unlimited respect for you and your family,  and a difference of opinion doesn't bother me.   Keep in mind one thing, the doom and gloom says that things will crash, it also that hyper inflation is on the way...    There has to be some kind of balance in there.

I wonder sometimes, A. Seems emotion overrides logic more often than not. Humans are herd (tribal) animals more than they'd like to admit.
That said, the scenery is always the same unless you're the lead dog ..... so let us at least lead on, eh?

I agree on your point about humans emotion's often trump logic.And they are very good at displaying herd mentality.

If you are just dying for a disagreement, they shouldn't be too hard to find in other threads.  I'm just not the disagreeable type.  But seriously....do your own thing.  Everybody has that right.  I just don't find it a good way to pass the day by preaching doom and gloom and looking for fights all the time.  But hey.  To each his own.
