Finally got the email, but I can't get into the game either!!!
It keeps telling me to join and then that my name is already taken!

Are we sure that we have to start over? As I read the banner, they refer to the new site (I haven't tried to get to it yet), but it doesn't say that old contests won't just transfer over to the new format with their current holdings and values.

It finally let me in & says we have 3 players....I must be the 3rd. Now to figure out what to buy!!! And I had my other game plan all worked out in my head for the other game!  |

Wheeewww! I finally figured out how to make a trade! I thought I was going to have to spend $1M there at first until I figured out how to put the # of shares I wanted in the teeny, tiny box!
Now I have to do more studying!!!

DI, tell you SO that today was like Nordstrom's (thank you spell check) having a HUGE sale! Maybe you can tell that I don't shop there! But I'll bet I can spell Ross, Walmart & Kmart!  Some good buys were to be had today & maybe better tomorrow? We shall see! Need to take a look at the international markets to see what is going on! |

I tried to bring over the standings but it wouldn't let me copy and paste like the old game did. I will wait till the end of this coming Quarter to post them over here.

DI, I'm just a tiny voice here...but it looks good to me. Only thing I can see to improve would be to add the percentages??? And I'm not computer literate enough to figure out how to do any of this! |

Well, I joined so hopefully it wasn't too late. However, I can't seem to get it to search. I was able to chose some of the companies profiled, but it won't search for anything. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a different symbol? I made the mistake of trying a class "A"..

OK, I realized that you couldn't search by company name. I looked the symbols up and then when I entered them it was fine. Not sure if I'm supposed to invest the $10M right away, or wait. I'll wait a couple days and see how much $ I have left to invest. I'm glad kindness was stressed in the OP, I really have no idea what I'm doing.  |

p8nt....you can invest as much of your $10M as you want or as little...it's up to you! You don't have to invest the whole amount at one time. If you scroll down & see the other players names...if you click on their name you can see what stocks they have & how many shares too, I think. Take a look & see what some of the others are doing. |

Just wanted to say thanks for letting me jump into the game. I work nights/weekends so that's when I will be around most. It may look like I've abandoned the game for a few days but I'll always return.

I second that! I worked nights for 11 years so I can relate! I some times forget to come check the game to see what is going on....mostly when that happens I've been pleasantly surprised by what has occurred! |
