I don't go by Phil. I use a groundhog that is more local for my forecast. I'm not sure about his record though and his name escapes me right now.  |

About 30 degrees here, pretty decent day, was 40 yesterday. News earlier said we could end up with15-20 INCHES more snow Tues/Wed this week   |

We got it yesterday - no blowing, but LOTS of snow and frigid temps. The snow's stopped this morning, but the thermometer's not going to move up til at least tomorrow - more likely Wed.
