I agree. You can spend your time wringing your hands and worrying about 95% of the shit that will never happen, or you can go out and do stuff and live.

The isotopes from Fukushima that washed into the sea and that were absorbed by the plankton, which were then eaten by the krill, will eventually turn up at the top of the food chain.
That's how the Web of Life works.

George Orwell's Big Brother seems to apply very much today. Considered doom and gloom of its day. Reality today.

Oh, no I agree Orwell's world described in 1984 is definitely a reality. There is no privacy, except for those in control. I was only commenting on the concept of reality, not the assessment of the alphabet soup agencies monitoring our every communication.
Not everyone here is your enemy .....

Hilarious guy! I have to say though, Fukushima is a tinderbox right now. If the Japanese weren't asking for international help, finally, I would start to get a little worried.

Agreed. If they can't handle it, they should be begging for international help. I have to say that I thought the Japanese had a better handle on the technology...
Hey...speaking of technology, WTF does the "spoiler" icon at the top of the post space do? What the hell is a spoiler?

That's a plug-in, frank, to be used if someone wishes to post a "spoiler", like the ending of a movie, or TV series, or the results of a sports event.

Just how much BS propaganda is out there. Japan has, at no point, been more technologically advanced than the western world. Look at how well they have managed their economic growth over the last 30 yrs.. I say they let US in there to get something figured out, we won't make them commit hara-kiri, but they can beg us for our forgiveness, forever.

Not worried at all, unlike the book 1984 there is no such thing as the thought police, and I just watched an interesting show on TV that was talking about Templer artifacts found here, in Utah, that dated back to 800 AD. AKA, the Templers/Masons knew about this land way before there were ever colonies here.

Simple question ?
What is the difference between something that is water resistant and something that is water proof?
Simple....Water PROOF costs 3 times more........

Besides having to be welded in a vacuum zirconium is ONLY water resistant in BWR applications . What do you think the effects of sea water poured over them for two years will have on the cladding ? Possible pitting? Welds fail?
Some might find Trying to remove the fuel rods manually , considering Tepco's record , just a little disturbing.
Some examples
The building is sinking 300 tons a day of radioactive water being dumped into the ocean for the last 2 years and continues. Readings 18 times higher than previously reported. ( have to calibrate those , oops) fukishima fisherman and farmers can not make a living.
We are going to wish they went with water proof.

Watch the crane on the left . Now imagine it falling in a pool of fuel rods while removing them . This just happened yesterday. . www.fukuleaks.org/web/?p=11346

Damn, Imagine how that tech will help paralyzed people. What about brain implants? Mind control by big brother that's what you're going for, right? You realized we can clone people right? Why don't you put something out there for what you think is going to happen with Japan? I mean do you have any theories of your own? There is a plume that is going to hit the US coast in 2014, so lets hear what is going to happen next year with all this.

Q - atomic symbol for bullshitium! You guys worry way too much? Actually a new element has been added to the periodic table. It has a molecular weight of 115. It does have a name, but it's not bullshitium. No symbol has been given yet so maybe "Q" is still feasible ....

We now have factual proof that all of the conspiracy crap around here that was touted as fact was coming from our enemies. Which means that it is without a doubt islamic/socialist/commie propaganda designed to be picked up in the west be people with intelligence that are looking for a "unique" view on life. We have all seen the effect of this situation and how well it works. I just hope when the dust settles these people in our society that spread crap like this as truth feel remorse for helping the enemy deceive their fellow man. An great article in Forbes about an article from the official Iranian English language news.. Iran Says 'Tall, White' Space Aliens Control America
