Monday we go see the USDA housing program about home loan. Since we are currently living in USDA rental housing and I have a 3 year rental history here that is a point in our favor.
Hope everyone is having a great weekend and has a great week.
And Happy Passover and Easter to those who celebrate it.

Final Update: 19 NS Days and 9 CS DaysI had a spend day today as I made a trip to Sams. Picked up a lot of items needed to add to my brown bagged lunches at school. I hope what I have will last until the end of the school year or at least close to it. But I also picked up a few items not on my list therefore a spend day. singlemomky -- I'm surviving the hoopla mainly because most of the action is downtown which I try to avoid as much as possible. Sorry your Cards lost. Honey and others-- thanks for the congrats. At my age it is nice to have that renewal each year. Actually since I moved to teaching computer applications, I find the change of subject matter to be less stressful (except when all of the big projects come in at the same time). BTW the little ones (10yr olds) are having a lot of fun doing simple excel graphs.

final update; 28 NSD, 28/31 NEO, and $750 in savings. I also spent $130 less this month on groceries and every thing else. Now next month I am going to see what I spend on everything including $5 and under. I am not going to count eating out with my DSIL and cousin. That will be in with the regular expenses because it is going to be a monthly spend. And it will fluctuate from month to month because we are taking turns paying the bill and leaving the tip. This month, March, I left the tip and DSIL paid the bill. I don't know where we are eating next month or who is paying and who is leaving the tip. Who is doing April and when will it be up? Just asking. I wish I was more computer literate, I could do some of these things. Honey's birthday is April 2nd.

Happy end of the month all! I know it's technically April but I took most of last night off since the host at the resort arranged a sound ceremony that was so cool. Mr. Blue Eyes is great, this trip totally affirmed that we can easily spend 18 hours a day together and NOT hate each other lol.
The Grand Canyon was so amazing, blue took some panoramic shots which just beg to be framed. We discovered the rooftop patio and have watched the sun go down, shared a bottle of wine as the stars came out and did morning yoga. Also 2 or 3 times a day we roll up pant legs and wade into the river where we mostly talk about business lol
Today it's back to Phoenix for the 3 day conference (party tonight too!) and two days together in LA. I definitely never want this trip to end!! If you're friends on Facebook you can see the photos of Blue Eyes and I traipsing around.

I have started the April board but have not put the March numbers in because my charts never turn out.
3cats- To start the board at the first of the month is easy- you start a new thread, add the title, and copy and paste the first page in.

26/30 NSD
This past week has been unbelievable. March and I am ready to turn on the AC, but tomorrow will be 30 degrees cooler and a gradually 10 degrees rise through the week. I hope to get the yard spring cleanup done this week. I am always surprised how much there is to do, and what a difference it makes when it is done.
This past month I have been doing a lot of "pantry shopping" and I think I will continue. Things are getting a lot more organized and the savings are growing nicely. This week I am going to make some slow cooker Greek yogurt. I like the idea of saving 66%. Has anyone here tried this? It looks so simple.
I need to get up and do something constructive. Watching Onyx enjoying a sunny spot with her glossy black fur gleaming and her tail and toes tucked neatly under, her eyes little slits and wearing a self-satisfied smile while Calleigh sprawls on the deck chair on her back with her tail and back paws gradually sliding off the cushion while she snores away make me reluctant to become any more active than I am right now.
I hope everyone has a good week ahead.
