I don't have a dog in the hunt, I'm glad to see the underdogs win-- but the game right down to the last-- incredible game. Loved every single second of it.

My wife just saw fit to inform me she had $100 on the Giants. By 4. I can't even believe that- she really outdid herself.

I am glad it was a good game. And that the Pats lost. Sorry Malarky.

I can't stand the New Jersey Giants, but it is pretty funny that do-do head Eli Manning has the Pats' number. It was a pretty exciting game! It's good for football that the team with a defense won. Stupid Giants.
Seven championships in 10 years? I don't think anyone is feeling sorry for Boston.

I actually sat and watched the whole game (well, except for a few mintues I spent on this board typing in a pizza dough recipe for someone). A good game, really enjoyed it. And the Giants won!

ride, you've made a few anti-Boston posts leading up to this game. what's your issue? meghan - Boston's definitely been the City of Champions lately - the Patriots actually have the longest drought of the 4 major sports for championships!

Issue? I have no issue my dear. What anti beantown remarks are you referring to? I happen to have lived there for 7 years, I watched the game last night with about 12 Patsy fans....all close friends who I ride with.

Not a big fan, but I thought she did very well until (can't remember her name) flipped the bird. WTH was that? She owes an apology not only to Americans, but to Madonna. It was a dumbass thing to do.
WTH are they thinking? There are families watching this, kids.. IMO.. it just needs to come to no more entertainment during the Superbowl..

It was a very good game and was played as expected. The team who made mistakes paid for them.

Look in the mirror my dear, or maybe a better adjective would have been childish?
So Chiver you bailing on the accusations that I am anti Boston? I would like to know what would bring you to your conclusion.

I wasn't online much this weekend. you could have bumped the thread, ya know. I'm not going to go pull quotes right now, but a few of your comments rubbed me the wrong way on the various football threads...almost like you had lived here and had a bad experience. or are you just a New Yorker that doesn't like anything Boston?

I did live there for quite a few years, I loved living in Boston. I don't believe I said anything anti-Boston or make up anything. If you do read some things I said about the fans I was dead on and again there was rioting...it was on a college campus. I was disgusted when the girl was run over and killed after the Pats won. There have been some very bad riots there, that's a simple fact. I do not hate Boston at all chiver. If you were rubbed the wrong way that would be your reaction, doesn't mean its not truth though......I can try rubbin ya the right way ...lol Were you around for any of the sports riots? They were bad, I saw some forst hand and it was scary...you can actually see them on youtube.
