Meatloaf is in the oven for supper. I'm elected for supper duty tonight because DD is upstairs in her office working her fingers to the bone. I guess we'll have something simple with it like home fries and green beans because I'm tired. Again.

Seems like I'm always tired anymore. I hate when that happens. Could it be because I really am getting old(er)? I hate when that happens, too! I'd sort of like to quit working so hard, but what would I do with all that time on my hands? And I like having the $$, too, but I guess I could live without it. Trouble is...I like the nice green color and the nice green feel and the nice green way it spends.

And what about the client who made me promise that I wouldn't die before she does?


I gotta be at work tomorrow at 7 am. It's still dark at 7 am! And they're going to have company arriving on Thursday, so I have three extra beds to make up Their kitchen is as big as all outdoors, and there are three bathrooms. Gotta quit thinking about it so that I won't be tired before I even get there.

I'm unusually tired these past two weeks or so. Tired when I get home, ready to crash right after dinner, almost too tired to go to bed. Almost. So I'm gonna put on my jammies and go to bed. Maybe watch TV for a little bit.

Maybe I'm just tired because there's a lot to do, and I've been doing a lot.
