We ate too early so DH is out getting us a gooey pizza.  The pot roast and mashed potatoes were delicious and we couldn't wait until our normal dinner time. LOL! I'm on my first glass of wine and I'm already typing like I'm drunk. I guess my fingers swell when I consume wine.  Femme - We can understand every word so you need to drink more! Is that SL under the table? ;D |

So I am on the phone to my daughter today and she was in a hurry to get ready to go out, so I wanted to let her go and I hastily said goodbye. She calls back seconds later and says to me, "Mom, I just want you to know that the last couple of times you have hung up on me while I was saying I love you." Ohhhhh...I said, "I am sooooo sorry, I just didn't want to keep you, but you ALWAYS know that I love you, right?!? She said, Yeah!" lol Kids!! Love em!  |

"You should come south to LA!" Another trip we will start in San Diego or LA and work our way up to San Francisco. We had such FUN!! Our son is planning on heading south again for fall semester to start his Master's. He got a letter of acceptance to his first choice school the other day (the program is in the top twenty in the country). I think it will take him three to four semesters. So, we will have one out west and one in the warm south...I'll be gone a lot!! Come south to LA, I'll show you the inside of Paramount studios and bring you onto Dr. Phil or The Drs depending what day. |

I was called to sub again for that hgih school BD class...I passed...I feel for those kids...they come from dysfunctional families, but they can be lippy and have attitudes/behaviors because they just don't like school and I just don't think I have the patience I used to have. They are one step away from being placed in alternative schools. I feel guilty for saying, "No."
