Shoulder feels good but I haven't been pushing it as I'm still only going to the gym 2-3 times a week. She didn't leave yet that's later next week but I did get some more painting done these last few days. Please do come over (after the wife leaves ) |

Fam!  Hmmm well I am still taking it easy only going twice a week. I figure I'll wait until she gets back before I start hitting it hard again. Because as we all know when the wife is away the cat will play I always end up scrambling to get the place cleaned up trying to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell, picking up pizza boxes and endless piles of clothes I've thrown everywhere Not to mention the 7 loads of dishes and liquor bottles. |

LOL. If you are going to be drinking, smoking, eating pizza and throwing clothes around how are you going to have time to finish your project? I say that you should finish your project first before you allow yourself to do any of that fun stuff. ;D

They are not mutually exclusive You'd be surprised how fast and exciting liquor can make painting! The only drawback is you tend to get sloppy and it's not until you get a big blob on the carpet that takes you a half hour to clean before you realize it's time to stop. |

LOL. I painted a bathroom a couple of months ago and before I even started I knocked over the can and got paint all over the new tile floor. I wasn't even drinking! Your method sounds like more fun, but will your sweetie be happy with the drunken results? That is the question! |

You can ask Later about how slow a worker I am lol. I usually do it in bits. It takes for ever but the results are nice. This is the room that had the carpenter ants so I tore off all the moulding (day 1), applied sealant to all the gaps/holes of which there were plenty due to a brick wall on one side (days 2 and 3), cut in the ceiling with primer (day 4), applied second coat to the cut in (day 5), applied the final top coat on the cut in (day 6). Then I stopped until they leave due to having to put down a drop cloth and move furniture.
