Yes and yes. They make me groggy but the pain in my shoulder is almost all gone. It's been 4 days or so since I started taking the prescribed meds. I decided to not stop lifting totally (set new pr on 4 reps deadlift, thought my head was going to explode) yesterday! I am only going to be lifting 3 days a week until the medication is complete and no chest work what so ever. I'm also thinking of taking a yoga class and perhaps an aerobics (yes I know ) class. My flexability has gone to hell so it can't hurt and will keep me in the gym. Thanks for asking! At least with the prescribed meds I'm not so scared to drink.

Lots of sweaty hours logged on, I work out hard! However, I did wash it. I even used fabric softener so it won't chafe your tender parts.

Not many I'd guess. I don't care for big macs, I'm a double quarter pounder with cheese kind of person. I'm paying for eating there this morning. I just had lunch and I'm all bloated and I feel really FAT.

Well, it will help with your flexibility. I don't know about pain relief though. If it doesn't work out there is always Richard Simmons' "Sweating to the Oldies".
