So far I have pulled all the molding and applied sealant to half the seams. I also fixed the garage door that broke along with other various smaller things. I expect to get the bulk of it done when wife and kid are away that always makes things easier.

Rob the person who told me was her neighbor for over 10 years so I think he'd know and she herself told me that she was getting married as in future and it was the same name the neighbor told me. She's also very intelligent she's not mentally ill. I know her age because she's a fb friend and she listed it. Me either Fam, right! Although she's about 60 years old. |
