I know you can do Yoga and can do it with drugs. Try Youtube for Rise to Greet the Sun routine. It's quick, it's easy, and it works that sluggish lymph system from sitting around eating gods tater chips. I also have a cure for you called Home-cured Bacon for when you are ready. The recipe "redefines greatness".

Back to chips, I had some mozzarella and tomato chips that the hogs *I mean real hogs" wouldn't eat.

I love smoothies! Ever since I gave up soda, that's been my treat of choice. A lot of them are pure sugar, but sometimes that's just what my body needs after a hard workout. ;D

I haven't had a mango lassi before but I'm going to look up some recipes and make it next week. Thanks for the idea! I did have the most amazing mango drink in Aruba, but I have no idea what was in it and I haven't had anything like it since.

However, I expect you to give it a go once you are fully recovered. I really want to hear how you slipped and fell doing downward facing dog or how when you were doing the warrior pose your arms were so big that they poked the person next to you.

No, this one is legit.............ok I remembered it. I was supposed to go horseback riding with my son who takes lessons on the same day as Yoga but I was sick so couldn't go. Now I have to go this week instead. That's the God's honest truth.

I may actually make it next week! Why do I feel so fat today? All I've had to eat was 1 chicken breast, one can of Tuna and a small soup! Oh Fam I'm going to quit smoking after this last pack is done. Wish me luck.

Thanks. Everyone is surprised when they hear it. I started in my early twenties when a girlfriend I had smoked. I was able to quit for two years when my son was born but started up again. I think I'm ready.
