I'd actually be embarassed to start an aerobics class. It's been so long since I've done endurance type training that I wouldn't do so great.

I didn't go.  I was alone at home and decided I'd rather just have the quiet because that doesn't happen very often. |

No, it's only during the week. I got some more motivation yesterday I didn't go to the gym but my wife did and told me this young guy (he's a personal trainer and pretty decently sized) asked where I was (I've cut back to only 3 days a week until I'm done with the shoulder meds) and told her that I was freaking huge and that I was such a nice guy and some other guy whom I didn't know who she was talking about said I looked incredible. Now too bad women don't tell her that!  |

No, I am probably the biggest guy there in terms of muscles. I'm not sure. I want to but it's at night and that means I have to get off the couch. So I'm having second thoughts lol.

Oh Fam, I need some comfort.....you see yesterday I let my son stop on the way home at a country store where he gets ice cream treats. I decided to pick up some chips. I like trying new things so I saw a bag of cheddar horseradish ones. Now, it's been a long time since I've had horseradish I had forgotten what it tasted like. Well when I tried them at home they were AWFUL.....I couldn't eat them.  and I can't justify buying another bad until those are gone. I'll probably just end up throwing them away. Talk about HEART ACHE! |

Yup, I do have a sweet tooth, and I have the cavities to prove it!  The last (and only) time I went to yoga was last year, and I hated it. I didn't drink last night but I did crash on the couch. |
