Beags: The IRS new e-filing system is messed up so the returns are being delayed. They are switching back to their old system, it is that bad apparently. My tax guy just sent an e-mail out regarding this. Hope you get it back soon.
Hi all, Hope you had a great week!
Vacation was wonderful. We had a two bedroom suite so DS#2 and DD shared a room and DS#1 stayed with my niece, sister and BIL in the room across the hall from us. The kids all had a blast and DS#2 did SO well. Seriously it was like 3 years of OT rolled up into 3 days. (in case some don't know/recall DS#2 is almost 6 nonverbal autistic with lots of sensory issues) He doesn't like the water going over his head but figured out how to deal with it in a variety of settings. He learned to deal with the slides spraying water across them and spilling water ontop of them, over his head. He has big smiles and even learned how to go down one fairly big slide on his own, get off and wait for Dad to come down and get him. (I was off with DD doing other things and couldn't help.) DS#1 had a blast running around with his cousin (she is 4 months older then him and they are best friends) We barely saw them. DD had a blast playing with DS#2, being off with me and at times off with Dad. My mom was around to watch DS#2 while the rest of us went to the arcade.
DS#2 was ill the day we were leaving but at least it was short lived. Would rather the hotel had to deal with the throw up then me ;D. By the time we checked out at 10:30 he was doing pretty well and rode home with no problems. Not sure what happened.

I'm glad your vacation went well. hey, it wouldn't be a family vacation if someone didn't get sick. lol (at least that's how it works here)
Thank you for the information on the IRS. I still think they just figure out ways to keep your money for longer. lol

Hello everyone, I've been BUSY! Mitten, awesome you had a good vacation, and in response, I see to many relationships break up for the stupidest reasons as you stated. Vows say for better or worse. I was taught (and I'm sure my wife says the same) I always love him/her, sometimes I don't like him/her much! That's fair, both of us can be royal pains, neither of us is perfect, but we're all we got through it all.
Heart, thank you belatedly.
Beags my friend, oh the never ending boards, as my italian mother used to say "OYE!" (with her hands wringing in the air) ;D

So, I had an ephiphany. When we were discussing anger issues last week, someone said that anger was part of depression and people lash out to get an adreline rush, a fix, a high from it. Who said that? Please take credit.
Anyway - I've been totally on edge and snapping at everyone I can think of, as often as I can. Work people - I'm trying to keep my cool at home, but probably not as well as I would like to be. And I'm thinking, that is it. I'm doing it to get that rush. So, I figured that out. Now what?

Anger can also be a defense mechanism for fear, a rechanneling of the fear as a defense. Also a rush. Catch yourself, breath, take a moment, think about the action, before the reaction. Retrain yourself not to react so quickly.

Well all, every single test came out normal. That's good, not complaining.
They still don't know what is causing my iron problems. I did find out that I almost did myself in. (completely by accident) My iron and hemoglobin were real low when I first went in. I think I already told everyone that normal iron is 50 to 150 and mine was 22. What I just found out was that my hemoglobin was at 10.8 . . they do blood transfusions at 9.

Thru my studio med ins. she got on CHANTIX with some counseling meetings. They put her on high dose for 3 months, she went to low dose for two months, so far we're coming up on almost 3 yrs no cigarettes. She started to get wierd dreams on the higher dose so they put her on lower. Amazing stuff, Good luck!

LOL all. MK I know what the problem is . . low iron . . . sort of frustrating not knowing what is causing it though.
I just went out and bought some foods that have iron in them naturally. (looked it up on the internet)
My MIL told me that eating bran flakes or grape nuts cereal and then drinking orange juice will help your body absorb all the iron your system takes in.
I'm thinking that over the last three days my system isn't keeping anything in it long enough for nutrients to absorb in anywhere.

3 jobs, that's a lot I work two. Well if you include my volunteer ones it's four. I don't count those because I can choose when I want to show up for those.
