Bwah ha ha, SlowbutSure!! Game ON!! You know just the kick in the pants I need...! We really need to get that $100K thread back up - that was also a great motivator! And I could count how many payments until I passed you in a blinding scree of electronic dust! <I really love all the cute smilies!>

Kahlan Congrats from the International thread! Well done, it must feel fabulous!
FemaleSam Thank you for your kind words, they meant a lot to me! I DID get the job today, YAY! And our accountant FINALLY wrote the letter the bank wanted about the tax issues. So we should get final word on the loan tomorrow. Fingers crossed! But this has been WAAAAYYYY too stressful, I really hope these transactions go through, but then we are DONE, no more rentals.

I need the motivation... Well..... since Dragon and I are both captains, ambellamy, are you volunteering??? When I get home tonight, I'll post the table that I had copied before MSN went down. ETA: Oops, upon thinking about it, I may not have copied down all of it, just to the level that I was at. But I'll add in the latest Western Region numbers, so at least it'll be a start.

Shoot - I didn't take a copy either (did not think ahead!). Wonder if BankerGrl did? Isn't she in the Midwest? I'm sure she did make a copy (or better yet kept her excel file). I think she's probably waiting until the threads are permanent and all the regions have official updates. It's a PITA to go through all the posts for each region since only the South and the West have done summaries/smilies so far. Here is what I came up with for the 100K+ list. It is definitely incomplete, so don't hold me to it. Dragon2008: Thanks! It's been an interesting journey, and I'm still not quite believing my Race 1 is complete! I don't think I would have made it to the finish line if it weren't for the WIRR board - the support and encouragement I found were instrumental in helping me achieve this goal. Keep doing what you're doing, ladies!

Time to update! I've kinda kept my head down lately, not just because I'm in payoff mode for some other things but because I work a ridiculous amount. Even though I'll have an extra $2,000 not needed for bills this pay period I will be directing it to savings instead of paying off this little 2.5% loan.
Still, I anticipate it will be gone by June at the latest
startsmart: 1/28/2011 $2,840.96 (3/19/2008 $14157.31 W155,695)
total pay off $11,316.35

Captains... I am needing to restart my race with new numbers. This year has already not been good to me so I have decided I need to start a New Year....I will be celebrating the Chinese New Year on Feb 3 if anybody wants to join me. I will also post my new debt on that day.
What page numbering system are we using now?
cran.vodka congratulations on the ZERO!!!

dsunshine it would be W (for west) PT (not sure what part that means) then the page you start on-right now we are on page 7. You would still do the whole date thing as before. Are you totally restarting your race-you will loose the "smileys" or are you wanting to start a different race and keep the first one?? If the latter you need to add a [2] after your name when you restart. If you just want a brand new clean slate. just write "restart" in big bold letters when you do it.

I copied the last version of all the Club lists (until my racing debt of $112K or so -- I was in racing spot 192 ). If anybody needs that one-month old information as a starting point, just ask. Since I went through and updated the 100K list (kinda) last night, it is going to be much easier to update the club lists only after all the permanent threads are up and running and smilies are again distributed to all the racers. I believe WPT means West Proboard Temporary.

Congrats on the changes to your job, StartSmart! Didn't I read that you are now in charge of managing a department? Is that for just one of freelance jobs?

Pfffttt.... considering that you are paying off your mortgage faster than I am, I'm not counting you out just yet. So, don't you even try to trick me; I'm onto you.

I have a copy of the last 25-50K club post. It was posted by LilBall on 11/16/10. I also have a copy of the last 50-100K club post, posted by Banker Gurl on 11/18/10. If no one else has the information (which I doubt) let me know and I can get it to the people who need it.

femalsam can you post it as an attachment-word or excel to a post here, then I can download it and play with it-the 50-100k I will let someone else mess with the other club shanandoah well I completely agree with you!! I will have to find a good one of my other one-for some reason I took a lot less pics of him when he was little but he is considered the "cute one" he also happens to be the loud and obnoxious one but what do you do. trying to get them both to pose at the same time is hard though!

If no one else will fiddle with the 100k club and wants me to take it over, I will... i just need the lastest excell sheet for it-- but if someone else has it, that's fine too.

dvm07I could have sworn I posted this earlier but I can't seem to find it . It's the 50-100K club list you want right? Just confirm that that is what you want and I will get an Excel spreadsheet to you.

Finally took the time to figure out the spreadsheet. Thanks everyone for their work on this!
My life continues to be overwhelming, but is settling into a new weird sort of normal. My time is over extended between work and caring for my mom, making it difficult to squeeze in necessary home projects, or simple cleaning. My troubled daughter is still at home, and would appreciate more routine and structure of a home-life, but I am pulled in too many directions. My mental stress cannot decide where to focus, ailing dependant mother, financial and work stress, troubled daughter. My lack of self care is showing in me gaining weight and running low on energy. But I get up every day and find a way thru.
Financially, I am making it through. Little by little. It is painfully slow. My income tax refund should be $2K, which I willsplit between debt and savings. My monkey-business shift of debt to lower interest cards has worked, and I am seeing more debt reduction due to the lower interest. I am shooting for being under $40K by the end of march. Then focusing on the BofA debt thru the end of the year. I would love to see the bulk of that gone and am hoping to see me under $30K by the end of the year. I still scrimp and save on everything. My grocery budget is under $200/mo for the two of us. The heat is rarely on.
Thank you all for your support and inspiration. I am hanging in there. ;D
