I visited LA once, the traffic wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was (we were on the North end) but not, it wouldn't be my choice.

I become both suicidal and homicidal every time I have to drive through LA! God Bless you for being able to live there I detest this place. I hate the weather--I like seasons and I really like rain--the people, the crowded roads, never being able to find a parking spot, and the expense! It's just not worth it. I hear ya. I like the mild weather, but I'd get sick of the lack of seasons really quick. We'll NEVER been moving there

I'm in the Pacific Northwest and I love it. It's wet but no extremes hot or cold.

Too much of the US is too hot or too cold for me for at least part of the year. I visited Key West in November one year and it was warm enough then, can't imagine it during the summer. And too freaking humid. If I had to live in a hot climate, I want it dry.

I've been in Vegas twice and I'm not a fan of the 'strip' but the hiking trails in the mountains around the city are gorgeous.

I live in the city. Bullet dodging can be a PITA, but where else can you get a 24 hour wig store within walking distance?

Burbs of SEAHAWK-land. HQ of the Evil Empire, Nintendo, Amazon and LazyB. Want to go more rural & sunny when I retire.
