Jenny, didn't they clear up with pregnancy? I've always found that pregnant women "glow" with very few exception.

I've never smoked, rarely drank and I don't tan. Then I have good genetics. Nobody believes me when I tell them my parents are in their early 50's.

LMAO! It's all genetics. I abused my body in my 20's and early 30's and I still look young for my age.

P I What do you like about the Bowflex? What are the different workouts and how long do they take? How long have you been using a Bowflex? How long did it take you to see What KIND OF RESULTS? ? ? I just finished building a home gym with the Bowflex equipment and my preference is their Select Tech Free Weights that allows you to dial up and select the weight you want from 5 to 52.5 and I use their videos to pick up tips for advanced weight training or going to the max with the max weight you can handle... I like free weights better that the new gym equipment because that is what we used when I was in the military and was first introduced to weight training.. But the key to fitness is your diet and must admit mine is not that great ..most diets are just cruel and unusuall punishment with no pizzas, McD sirloin burgers, or Hagen Daz ice cream.. When I was a trainer we would not see real results until about 60 to 90 days..

I use free weights.
My diet is very generous and I'm never hungry
I'm trying to my 6 pack abs 'cut' and more of a 'nutcracker' butt (muscle dimples on the sides) ...don't think want to loose weight any weight.

You know the best exercise for six pack abs is hard work on an Elliptical Exerciser..and jogging @ 5 miles a day..or hiking @ ten miles a few times a week.. Diet and the right cardio is better than sit ups or crunches which also strain your back a lot if not done properly.

They are not for the same thing.....no wonder one is better than the other lol Do you have a better way..?? Give us a better fitness program for having six pack abs....can't wait for this.. BTW free weights with less pounds and more reps can be helpful or beneficial to women who want to tone and strengthen instead of building muscle mass in case you didn't know which seem apparent in all due respect to your intimated knowledge of this OP.. increase the reps and decrease the weights is just one idea that seems to be worth considering for some ladies. But not sure what works for Pigs

I don't do sit ups or crunches. I do reverse crunches with 5 lbs ankle weights and I do planks.
I am pressed for time and cannot do a 5 mile anything each day.
More reps is a possibility.

Metamucil also helps.. Helps with what? Are you always constipated? Nevermind I know the answer to that one. Does it anger you that I am better looking and all I do is drink Beer?

Twists are good and leg raises but for me jogging was the best abs exercise if you didn't have a good diet ...I am really into running and competing in 5 and 10 Ks but then discovered hiking again which was something we did a lot of in the military..hitting steep hills can really tighten those stomach muscles..and I like being outdoors when exercising and practicing good breathing habits.. But as you know what works for one may now work for all.. Don't take an elavator but use the stairs or walk rather than drive where ever possible, and walk, walk, walk if you cannot run.. Or when watching TV workout with some free weights and get away from your PC and just do some stretching and bending..

I sometimes wear a weighted vest at work..when just walking around. I'll try the weighted vest and the treadmill set at the highest incline to simulate an uphill walks.
