1. NOT All folks who use physical trainers are lazy. There's nothing wrong with learning from someone else... it can save time and effort, so you get the results you want quicker.
Get referrals.

The average trainer knows little more than the average person. It's like the blind leading the blind. Spend 15 minutes reading and you'll know as much if not more than most "trainers"

Anyone who needs a personal trainer is lazy. Learn and do things for yourself. Most personal "trainer" know jack shit. Never do most fat and lazy Pigs who spend all day posting on a message board and drinking a six pack of beer each and every day

No, it's true. I've seen many a personal "trainer". Most of them aren't worth even talking to. Most know very little about physiology, exercise and nutrition. The requirements to become one are pathetic.

Ok Pig put down your beer and take the Bowflex Challenge and then let us know if you still feel the same way about Bowflex or Trainers So there are two choices (1) Mr Pig who likes to slop food and beer 24/7 or (2) working out three times a week for just @ 20 - 30 minutes using Bowflex equipment or one of their fitness DVD's...I think I will choose option (2) in all due respects to the Pig

I signed up for a group physical therapy program once. I wanted boot camp, it ended up being teletubbies. If you dont pant and sweat its a waste of time imo.

I got nothin. Except I always moisturize. I highly recommend using shea butter as natural as you can find it. I also exfoliate daily but I still have skin problems.
